هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع القيادة التشاركية لدى مديري المدارس في إدارة التعليم بمحافظة البكيرية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق حول واقع القيادة التشاركية وفقاً لاختلاف (الجنس، المرحلة الدراسية، عدد سنوات الخبرة)، وتقديم المقترحات المناسبة لتحسين ممارسة القيادة التشاركية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم استخدام مقياس (Wood, 2005) للقيادة التشاركية كأداة للبحث، واختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من المجتمع المكون من (2174) معلمًا، وتكونت العينة من (327) معلمًا. وأظهرت النتائج أن واقع القيادة التشاركية لدى مديري المدارس في إدارة التعليم بمحافظة البكيرية من وجهة نظر المعلمين متحقق بدرجة متوسطة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية حول واقع القيادة التشاركية تعزى لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة والدورات التدريبية، بينما توجد فروق تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمرحلة الدراسية، ومن تحسين القيادة التشاركية بناء علاقات إيجابية بين المدير والمعلمين قائمة على الاحترام المتبادل، وتشجيع المعلمين من قبل مدير المدرسة للعمل بروح الفريق الواحد. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of participatory leadership among school principals in The Department of Education in Al Bukayriyah Governorate from the teachers’ point of view, and to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences about the reality of participatory leadership of principals due to the variables (gender, school stage, years of experience), and providing suggestions for improving the practice of participatory leadership, and the research used the descriptive survey method, and the (Wood, 2005) scale was used for participatory leadership as a tool for research, and the sample was chosen in a simple random way consisted of (327) teachers, and the results showed that the reality of participatory leadership among school principals in The Department of Education in Al Bukayriyah Governorate from the teachers’ point of view is achieved to a medium degree, and there are no statistically significant differences about the reality of participatory leadership due to the variable of years of experience, while there are differences due to the variables of gender and school stage. Furthermore, the most important suggestions for improving the participatory leadership practices of school principals: Building positive relationships between the principal and teachers based on mutual respect, and encouraging teachers by the school principal to work in a team spirit.
