هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الممارسات القيادية المحققة لبناء مجتمعات التعلم، والصعوبات التي تحد من الممارسات القيادية المحققة لبناء مجتمعات التعلُم المهنية وسبل تطويرها بالمدارس الابتدائية الحكومية في منطقة القصيم، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج المختلط المتقارب المتوازي، واعتمدت في جمع البيانات على مقياس أولفير وهيب وهوفمان، المقابلة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (396) معلمة من معلمات المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية في مدينة بريدة و(8) معلمات للإجابة عن أسئلة المقابلة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الممارسات القيادية المحققة لبناء مجتمعات التعلم تمارس بدرجة كبيرة بالمدارس الابتدائية الحكومية، بجميع أبعادها ما عدا بُعد الظروف الداعمة - العلاقات جاء بدرجة كبيرة جداً، وجاءت الأبعاد مرتبة على النحو التالي: بعد الظروف الداعمة - العلاقات، ثم بُعد القيادة الداعمة والمشتركة، يليه بعد القيم والرؤى المشتركة، ثم بُعد التعلم الجماعي وتطبيقاته، يليه بُعد الممارسات الشخصية المشتركة، وأخيراً بُعد الظروف الداعمة- الهيكلة. ومن معوقات مجتمعات التعلُم قلة الموارد المالية المخصصة للأنشطة التعليمية تحد من إبداع المعلم واقتصاره على الحد الأدنى من الأفكار الداعمة للعملية التعلمية، ومن سبل تطوير مجتمعات التعلُم إقامة البرامج التدريبية معززة للمهارات التعليمية مع مراعاة الوقت والعدد والمكان. وأوصت الدراسة بالأخذ بالمعوقات التي تحد من الممارسات القيادية المحققة لبناء مجتمعات التعلُم المهنية من وجهة نظر المعلمات بعين الاعتبار. The study aimed to investigate the level of leadership practices that achieve the building of learning communities, and to identify the difficulties that reduce leadership practices, which achieve the building of professional learning communities, and ways of developing them in public elementary schools. The study used a convergent parallel mixed method, utilizing, in gathering data, two instruments; the first of which was the Professional Learning Communities Assessment by Olivier, Hipp, and Hoffman and the second instrument was the Interview. Sample of the study consisted of (396) female teachers, and (8) female teachers in order to respond to the Interview questions. The study found that leadership practices achieving the building of learning communities were practiced at a high degree in public elementary schools, as well as all of the dimensions, except for the dimension of the supporting circumstances/ relations, which came in a very high degree. The dimensions came according to the following order: The dimension of the supporting circumstances/relations, followed by the dimension of supporting and shared leadership, then the dimension of shared values and visions, followed by the dimension of group learning and its implementations, then the dimension of shared personal practices and finally the dimension of supporting circumstances/ structuring. The study revealed that among the most significant obstacles was the shortage of financial resources allocated to learning activities, which reduces teacher’s creativity and limits it to minimal ideas that support the learning process. That study found, also, that among the most significant ways of development was the holding of training programs that reinforce learning skills, taking into account time, number, and place. The study recommended taking into consideration the obstacles that reduce leadership practices achieving the building of professional learning communities from the female teachers’ viewpoints.
