هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الكتاب الإلكتروني في تحصيل طلبة تكنولوجيا التعليم في كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة تضمنت (35) عبارة موزعة على خمسة محاور طبقت على عينة تكونت من (214) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية الأساسية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن (85%) من عينة الدراسة يستخدمون الكتاب الإلكتروني، وأن (90.7%) من عينة الدراسة يحصلون على الكتاب الإلكتروني من خلال التحميل، وأن (64.5%) يستخدمونه من أجل التمكين، وأن (83.2%) من العينة يفضلون استخدامه في تعلُم المقررات، ويرى (88.8%) من العينة أن الكتاب الإلكتروني قد ساهم في زيادة الاستفادة من المعلومات، ويرى (87.9%) أن له دور في تكوين وتنمية مهاراتهم، ويرى (80.4%) من العينة أنه ساعد في زيادة استيعابهم للدروس، ويرى (71%) من العينة أن مستوى تحصيلهم الدراسي قد ارتفع نتيجة استخدام الكتاب الإلكتروني. وأظهرت النتائج أن الكتاب الإلكتروني يتسم بالعديد من المميزات، وهناك بعض التحديات التي تواجه استخدامه، وأنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول مميزات الكتاب الإلكتروني وفقاً لمتغيري النوع والمعدل التراكمي، بينما لا توجد فروق حول تحديات الكتاب الإلكتروني، وكذلك لا توجد فروق حول مميزات الكتاب الإلكتروني وتحديات الكتاب الإلكتروني تعزى لمتغير السنة الدراسية. The study aimed to identify the role of the e-book in the achievement of students of educational technology in the College of Basic Education in Kuwait from their point of view, the study used the descriptive approach, and data was collected through a questionnaire that included (35) phrases distributed over five axes. It was applied to a sample consisting of (214) students from the Education Technology students at the College of Basic Education. The results revealed that (85%) of study sample use e-book, (90.7%) of the study sample obtain the e-book through downloading, (64.5%) use it for empowerment, (83.2%) of the sample prefer to use it in learning the courses, (88.8%) of the sample believes that e-book has Contributed to increasing the use of information, (87.9%) of the sample believed that it had a role in forming and developing their skills, (80.4%) of the sample believed that it helped increase their understanding of lessons, (71%) of the sample believed that their level of academic achievement had increased as a result of using e-Book. The results showed that the e-book has many advantages, and there are some challenges facing its use, and there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample on the features of e-book according to gender and rate variables, while there are no differences about the challenges of e-book, and there are no differences about the features of e-book and the challenges of e-book according to school year variable.
