هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مقومات البيئة الجامعية وعلاقتها بعمليات التشارك المعرفي لدى الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة، وقد إختار الباحث عينة قصدية شملت كافة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في ثلاث من الجامعات الخاصة، وعددهم (611) عضو هيئة تدريس، منهم (267) عضوا للتخصصات الإنسانية، و(344) عضوا للتخصصات العلمية، إستخدم الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، ولغاية جمع البيانات طور الباحث إستبانة مكونة من جزأين أحدهما للبيئة الجامعية، والآخر للتشارك المعرفي إستنادا إلى الأدب النظري، والتحولات العالمية في مجالي الخصخصة والتفجر المعرفي، وقد أظهرت النتائج مستويات مرتفعة في توفر مقومات البيئة الجامعية، وممارسة عمليات التشارك المعرفي، كما أظهرت أثرا إيجابيا ودالا إحصائيا للبيئة الجامعية في عمليات التشارك المعرفي، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصى الباحث بالعمل على تطوير الكفايات المهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس عن طريق التدريب المستمر على ما يستجد في الحقول المعرفية والتقنية. The study aims at identifying the components of university environment on knowledge sharing processes and their relationship at the private universities in Jordan. The researcher has chosen a purposive sample made of all the faculty members of 3 privet universities included (611) faculty members, among which (267) members of the humanitarian specialties and (344) members of the scientific specialties, the researcher used the correlative descriptive method in this study. For data collection, the researcher has developed a questionnaire composed of two sections one is for the university environment and the other is for knowledge sharing, based on the theoretical literature and the global transformations in the areas of privatization and knowledge explosion. The results showed a high level in the availability of the elements of the university environment and the practice of knowledge sharing processes. The results also showed a positive statistically significant effect for the university environment on knowledge sharing processes. In the light of these results, the researcher presented a number of related recommendations, such as; development of the professional competencies of faculty members through continuous training of the latest knowledge and technical fields.
