تمثلت مشكلة البحث في وجود ضعف في مهارات التنظيم الذاتي، لدى الطلاب معلمي الجغرافيا بكلية التربية، ولذا صممت الباحثة برنامج إلكتروني تكيفي قائم على أنماط التعلم لتنمية مهارات التنظيم الذاتي لدى طلبة شعبة الجغرافيا بكلية التربية؛ وهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية البرنامج، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم شبه التجريبي والمنهج التطويري المنظومي، وتضمنت أدوات ومواد البحث قائمة بمهارات التنظيم الذاتي، سيناريو البرنامج الإلكتروني التكيفي القائم على أنماط التعلم، كتاب الطالب المعلم، ودليل المعلم، اختبار فارك لتحديد نمط التعلم، اختبار مهارات التنظيم الذاتي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) طالبا وطالبة من الطلاب المعلمين شعبة جغرافيا. أسفرت نتائج البحث في مجملها عن فاعلية البرنامج الإلكتروني التكيفي القائم على أنماط التعلم لتنمية مهارات التنظيم الذاتي لدى طلبة شعبة الجغرافيا بكلية التربية ببورسعيد، وبذلك تحقق الهدف الأساسي للبحث، وأوصى البحث بضرورة الأخذ ببرامج التعلم التكيفية عند تدريب طلاب كليات التربية على مهارات التنظيم الذاتي في الجغرافيا، وضرورة تدريب طلاب كلية التربية على مهارات التعامل مع الكمبيوتر والإنترنت في عصر التكنولوجيا، وضرورة الاهتمام بأبعاد التنظيم الذاتي ودمجها في البرامج والمقررات الدراسية لدى طلاب شعبة الجغرافيا بصفة خاصة وطلاب كليات التربية بصفة عامة لأنها من المهارات الأساسية التي يحتاجها الطالب بداية من مرحلة التخطيط وتحديد الأهداف للمهام والمعلومات الجغرافية وانتهاء بمرحلة توليد وإنتاج المعرفة. The problem of the research was the existence of a weakness in the skills of self-regulation among students teachers of the geography department, and therefore an adaptive electronic program was designed based on learning style, the skills of self-regulation among the students of the geography department of the college of education. The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the program, and used the descriptive approach and the experimental approach with a semi-experimental design and the systemic developmental approach, The systemic developmental approach: by presenting a proposed model for the design of the adaptive electronic program. The research tools and materials included a list of self-regulation skills, the scenario of the adaptive electronic program based on learning style, the teacher's book, the teacher's guide, the Vark test to determine the learning style, the self-regulation skills test, and the research sample consisted of (30) male and female students from the students teachers of the geography division, and the results of the research resulted in their entirety on the effectiveness of the adaptive electronic program based on learning patterns to develop self-regulation skills among students geography division, faculty of education, Port Said. Thus, the main objective of the research was achieved, and the research recommended the need to adopt adaptive learning programs when training students of faculty of education on the skills of self-regulation in geography, and the need to train students of the faculty of education on the skills of dealing with the computer and the Internet in the era of technology, and the need to pay attention to the dimensions of self-regulation and integrate them into programs and courses for students of the geography department in particular, and students of faculties of education in general, because it is one of the basic skills that the student needs, starting from the stage of planning and setting goals for tasks and geographic information, and ending with the generation and production of knowledge.
