هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على ظاهرة الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى المعلمات في المدارس المضمومة في منطقة حائل بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ومدى تأثير الاغتراب الوظيفي على البيئة المدرسية، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج النوعي، الذي يصف الظاهرة ويفسرها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت المقابلة المفتوحة مع (15) معلمة، (6) من معلمات المدارس المضمومة، و‏(8) معلمات من المدرسة المستقبلة لهن‏ بالإضافة إلى مديرة المدارس التي تم الضم ‏إليها (1). وقد توصلت الدراسة لوجود بعض مظاهر الاغتراب الوظيفي لدى معلمات المدارس المضمومة، وهي (الرفض، العجز، التشتت، الشعور بالظلم، تأثر الصحة النفسية)، كما أن ظاهرة الاغتراب أثرت بشكل سلبي على البيئة المدرسية، حيث أثرت على دافعية المعلمات بشكل عام مما أدى إلى كثرة الغياب والاستئذان، وانخفاض مستوى الأداء، وضعف الجانب الإبداعي وضعف المشاركة في الأنشطة اللامنهجية. This study aimed to identify the phenomenon of occupational alienation among female teachers in annexed schools in the Hail region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the extent of the impact of occupational alienation on the school environment. The study relied on the phenomenological qualitative approach, which describes and explains the phenomenon, and to achieve the objectives of the study, an open interview was used with (15) female teachers, (6) female teachers from the closed school, (8) female teachers from the included school, and the principal of the schools that were joined (1). Some manifestations of job alienation among teachers of annexed schools, they are (rejection, helplessness, dispersion, feeling of injustice, the impact of mental health), and the phenomenon of alienation negatively affected the school environment, as it affected the motivation of female teachers in general, which led to a large number of absences and permission, a decrease in the level of performance, and a weak side Creativity and poor participation in extracurricular activities.
