يهدف البحث إلى قياس أثر تصميم بيئة للتعلم الإلكتروني التعاوني في تنمية كفايات مادة الحاسوب لطالبات الصف السابع المتوسط بدولة الكويت، وتم استخدام المنهج التجريبي بتصميم شبه تجريبي لمجموعة واحدة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (25) طالبة من الصف السابع المتوسط بدولة الكويت تراوحت أعمارهن بين (11- 13) سنة، واستندت الباحثة إلى ثلاث أدوات للقياس تمثلت في الاختبار التحصيلي لقياس الكفايات المعرفية للطالبات في مقرر مادة الحاسوب (الوحدة الثانية “المعالجة الرقمية”)، وبطاقة تقييم منتج للأداءات المهارية لكفايات مادة الحاسوب في برنامج إكسل Excel، ومقياس لدرجة الرضا للطالبات عن بيئة التعلم الإلكتروني التعاوني التي تم تطبيقها عليهن، وتم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأدوات، وقامت الباحثة بتطبيق بيئة تعلم إلكتروني من خلال البرامج التالية (Moodle) و(Dreamweaver) و (Adobe Captivate) وأيضاً ( Adobe PhotoShop CS6)، وقد تم تطبيق أداة الاختبار قبلياً وبعدياً، وتطبيق أداة بطاقة تقييم الأداء ومقياس الرضا بعدياً، ثم قامت الباحثة بإجراء التحليل الإحصائي بالطرق المناسبة لاختبار فروض البحث. وأشارت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وفي ضوء النتائج التى تم التوصل إليها تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات البحثية. The aim of the study is to design an environment for cooperative e-learning and its investigate on developing computer skills competencies among female seventh graders in the State of Kuwait. The experimental method was used is a quasi-experimental design for one group, the research sample included 25 females seventh girl student in Kuwait whose ages ranged between 11-13 years. Research instruments included an achievement test to measure the cognitive competencies of students in the computer course (second unit "digital processing"), product evaluation card for the skillful performance of computer subject competencies in Excel, and a measure of the degree of students, satisfaction with the collaborative e-learning environment that was applied to them. The validity and reliability of those tools were verified, and the researcher applied an e-learning environment through the following programs (Moodle) and (Dreamweaver) and (Adobe Captivate) as well as (Adobe Photoshop CS6), and applied the test tool before and after, as well as applying the product card and satisfaction measure tool, the researcher then performed the statistical analysis with the appropriate methods to test the research hypotheses. Results of the research indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the means of the pre- and post-test scores in favor of post-application. Based on the results reached, a number of recommendations and research proposals have been made. (Published abstract)
