هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة ممارسة اتخاذ القرار الإداري لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال في دولة الكويت. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (313) معلمة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة اتخاذ القرار الإداري لدى مديرات رياض الأطفال في دولة الكويت كانت مرتفعة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) حول درجة ممارسة اتخاذ القرار الإداري تعزى لمتغيرات المحافظة، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بالاستمرار في توعية المديرات بضرورة ممارسة اتخاذ القرار الإداري من خلال النشرات والمؤتمرات والمحاضرات والندوات، ورفع الدافعية، وتزويدهن بالمهارات الوظيفية، وتهيئة بيئات تعليمية إيجابية وداعمة، وزيادة مستوى التقدير الاجتماعي للمهنة. The study aimed to determine the degree of practice of administrative decision-making among the principals of kindergartens Children in the State of Kuwait. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive survey method was applied, the study sample consisted of (313) teachers, the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, as the results showed that the degree of practice of administrative decision-making among kindergarten principals in the State of Kuwait was high, and that there were no significant differences. Statistical significance at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05) among the responses of the study sample members to a questionnaire measuring the degree of practicing administrative decision-making according to the variables of the governorate, educational qualification, and experience. the study the researcher recommends continuing to educate directors about the necessity of practicing administrative decision-making through bulletins, conferences, lectures and seminars, raising motivation, providing them with job skills, creating positive and supportive learning environments, and increasing the level of social appreciation for the profession.
