هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس درجة توافر متطلبات تحسين الأساليب القيادية، وفق منهجية كايزن لدى عمداء الكليات في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر الإداريين، وتكون مجتمع البحث من (18350) عضو هيئة إدارية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها وتم توزيعها على (182) عضواً من أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية المنتشرة في المملكة، بنسبة مئوية (10%) وبعد إجراء المعالجة الإحصائية توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر متطلبات تحسين الأساليب القيادية وفق منهجية كايزن لدى عمداء الكليات في الجامعات الأردنية من وجهة نظر الإداريين كانت بدرجة مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فروق في متطلبات تحسين الأساليب القيادية وفق منهجية كايزن لدى عمداء الكليات في الجامعات الأردنية تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس. وسنوات الخدمة. والمؤهل العلمي. ونوع الجامعة وانتهت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات. The study aimed to measure the degree of availability of the requirements for improving leadership styles, according to the Kaizen methodology, among deans of faculties in Jordanian universities from the point of view of administrators, and the research community was from (18350) member of an administrative body, the descriptive analytical method was used, through a questionnaire to collect data, The study sample consist of (182) members of administrative staff (10%). After conducting the statistical analyses the study concluded that the degree of availability of requirements to improve leadership methods, according to the Kaizen methodology of the deans of colleges in Jordanian universities from the point of view Administrative consideration was a high degree, and the absence of differences in the requirements of improved methods of leadership in accordance with the methodology kaizen deans in Jordanian universities due to gender, years of experience and academic qualification and the type of university variables, Finally some recommendations were suggested.
