هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال في دولة الكويت الأداء الإداري من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (350)معلمة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال الأداء الإداري في دولة الكويت ككل جاء بدرجة (متوسطة)؛ وكشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة الأداء الإداري تعزى لمتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة, والمؤهل العلمي)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المحافظة لصالح محافظة الأحمدي. وأوصت الدراسة بعقد ورش تدريبية تساعد مديرات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال على تنمية ممارسة المصطلحات الحديثة بكل دافعية وكفاءة عالية، والعمل على نشر ثقافة الأداء الإداري في بيئات العمل الداخلية والخارجية. The study aimed to identify the degree to which kindergarten principals practice administrative performance in the State of Kuwait from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive survey method was used. The study sample consisted of (350) teachers. The administrative performance in the State of Kuwait as a whole came to a (medium) degree; The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative performance practice due to the variables (years of experience, and educational qualification), and there were statistically significant differences in the variable (the governorate), which came in favor of (Al-Ahmadi governorate). Children to develop the practice of modern terminology with all motivation and high efficiency, work to spread the culture of administrative performance in the internal and external work environments.
