هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع الأداء الإستراتيجي في الإدارات العامة للمناطق التعليمية بدولة الكويت، وتحديد أثر متغيرات (الجنس- المؤهل- سنوات الخبرة- المنطقة التعليمية) على ذلك، وتطوير الأداء الإستراتيجي للإدارات العامة للمناطق التعليمية بدولة الكويت على ضوء الخريطة الإستراتيجية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (136) مدير ومراقب ورئيس قسم، واشتملت أدوات البحث على استبانة تضمنت (40) عبارة موزعة على أربعة محاور (البعد المالي- بعد المستفيدين- بعد العمليات الداخلية- بعد التعلُم والنمو). وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن الأداء الإستراتيجي ككل في الإدارات العامة للمناطق التعليمية بدولة الكويت جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت الأبعاد بنفس الترتيب التالي: جاء في الترتيب الأول بعد العمليات الداخلية وبدرجة متوسطة، يليه بعد التعلُم والنمو وبدرجة متوسطة، ثم بعد المستفيدين وبدرجة متوسطة، وأخيراً البعد المالي وبدرج ضعيفة. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة البحث حول بعد المستفيدين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بينما لا توجد فروق حول باقي الأبعاد والأداء الإستراتيجي ككل. ووجود فروق حول الأداء الإستراتيجي ككل وبعد العمليات الداخلية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل، بينما لا توجد فروق حول باقي الأخرى. ووجود فروق حول البعد المالي تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، بينما لا توجد فروق حول باقي الأخرى والأداء الإستراتيجي ككل. كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق حول (البعد المالي- بعد التعلُم والنمو) والأداء الإستراتيجي ككل تعزى لمتغير المنطقة التعليمية، بينما لا توجد فروق حول (بعد المستفيدين- بعد العمليات الداخلية). وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء الإستراتيجي للإدارات العامة للمناطق التعليمية بدولة الكويت على ضوء الخريطة الإستراتيجية. The research aimed to identify the reality of the strategic performance in public administrations for educational zones in the State of Kuwait, and to determine the impact of the variables (gender- qualification- years of experience- educational zone) on that, and to develop the strategic performance of public administrations for educational zones in the State of Kuwait in the light of the strategic map. The descriptive approach was used, and a sample was formed, the research consisted of (136) directors, observers, and department heads. The research tools included a questionnaire that included (40) phrases distributed over four axes (financial dimension- beneficiaries dimension- internal operations dimension- learning and growth). The results of the research concluded that the strategic performance as a whole in public administrations for educational zones in the State of Kuwait came to a medium degree, The dimensions came in the same order as follows: It came in the first order internal operations with a medium degree, followed by learning and growth with a medium degree, then beneficiaries with a medium degree, and finally the financial dimension and a weak degree. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the research sample members about beneficiaries’ dimension due to gender variable, while there were no differences about the rest of dimensions and the strategic performance as a whole. And there are differences about the strategic performance as a whole and the internal operations dimension due to qualification variable, while there are no differences about the rest of dimensions. And there are differences about financial dimension due to experience variable, while there are no differences about the rest of dimensions and the strategic performance as a whole. The results also indicated that there are differences about (financial dimension-learning and growth) and the strategic performance as a whole due to educational zone variable, while there are no differences about (beneficiaries dimension- internal operations). In light of the results, a proposed vision was presented to develop the strategic performance of public administrations for educational zones in the State of Kuwait in the light of the strategic map.
