هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور إدارة المخاطر والأزمات بالمؤسسات التعليمية والبحثية في مواجهة المخاطر والأزمات والطوارئ بها، والتعرف على مدى تطبيق المؤسسات التعليمية والبحثية محل الدراسة بناء نظام خبير لأسس إدارة المخاطر والأزمات ومواجهتها. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتم بناء استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) فرداً. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج تمثلت في وجود ارتباط طردي قوي بين (اكتشاف إشارات الإنذار المبكر) كأحد أبعاد إدارة المخاطر والأزمات ومواجهة المخاطر والأزمات والطوارئ، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.822) ومعنوي عند مستوى (0.01)، وكانت أقل قيمة لمعامل الارتباط بين (احتواء الأضرار واستعادة النشاط) كأحد أبعاد إدارة المخاطر والأزمات و(مواجهة المخاطر والأزمات والطوارئ) حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.634) مما يدل على وجود علاقة طردية متوسطة بين المتغيرين ومعنوية عند مستوى (0.05)، ويوجد تأثير معنوي لأبعاد إدارة المخاطر والأزمات (اكتشاف إشارات الإنذار المبكر، الاستعداد والوقاية، واحتواء الأضرار واستعادة النشاط، والتعلم لبناء نظام خبير) على مواجهة المخاطر والأزمات والطوارئ في المؤسسات التعليمية والبحثية، وارتفاع متوسط آراء عينة المبحوثين حول العنصر (يتوفر لدى المؤسسات التعليمية والبحثية قسم خاص من مهامه رصد مؤشرات وقوع المخاطر والأزمات والطوارئ) كأحد عناصر بعد إكتشاف إشارات الإنذار المبكر، وتبني القطاع لإدارة المخاطر والأزمات يرفع من مواجهة المخاطر والأزمات والطوارئ به. The study aimed to reveal the role of risk and Crisis Management in educational and research institutions in the face of risks, crises and emergencies, and to identify the extent of the application of educational and research institutions under study and build an expert system for the basics of risk and crisis management and coping, the study relied on the descriptive curriculum, and a questionnaire. The study sample consisted of (50) individuals, where the study reached several results, represented by a strong direct correlation between (detection of early warning signals) as one of the dimensions of risk and crisis management, risk management, crisis and emergency, where the correlation coefficient reached (0.822) and moral at level (0.01), and the lowest value of the correlation coefficient between (damage containment and recovery of activity) as one of the dimensions of an average direct relationship between the two variables and a significant one at a significant level (0.05), There is a moral impact of the dimensions of risk and crisis management (detection of early warning signals, preparedness and Prevention, damage containment and restoration of activity, and learning to build an expert system) on the response to risks, crises and emergencies in educational and research institutions, and the high average opinions of the sample of respondents about the element (educational and research institutions have a special section, whose tasks are to monitor the indicators of the occurrence of risks, crises and emergencies) as one of the elements after the detection of early warning signals, and the adoption of the sector for risk and crisis management raises the response to risks, crises and emergencies.
