هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه مرشدي طلبة ذوي الموهبة داخل البرامج الإثرائية من وجهة نظرهم، وقد تألفت العينة من 50 مرشد/ة من مرشدي ذوي الموهبة في عدد من مدارس محافظة الأحساء بالمملكة العربية السعودية، واستعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما استخدمت استبانة وزعت على عينة الدراسة إلكترونياً، وأظهرت النتائج وجود عدد من التحديات التي تواجه مرشدي الطلاب من ذوي الموهبة تتعلق بالمعلم والمنهج والمدرسة علاوة على المنزل والمرشد الطلابي ذاته فيما يتعلق بالبرامج الإثرائية، كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود تأثير لأي من المتغيرات (سنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والدورات التدريبية) على أبعاد تحديات تقديم الخدمات الإرشادية لطلبة ذوي الموهبة، وعدم وجود فروق في آراء مرشدي الطلبة ذوي الموهبة حول تحديات تقديم الخدمات الإرشادية لطلبه ذوي الموهبة تعزى لمتغيري "النوع- نوع المدرسة". وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تكثيف الدورات التدريبية لتأهيل المرشدين للتعامل مع الطلبة ذوي الموهبة، والتخفيف من المناهج، وتكثيف التعاون بين المؤسسات التعليمية وبين الأسرة. The study aimed to know the challenges facing mentors of gifted students within enrichment programs from their point of view. The sample consisted of 50 gifted mentors in the Kingdom in a number of Al-Ahsa schools, using a questionnaire distributed electronically to the study sample. The study also used the descriptive approach. Analytical results concluded that there are many challenges facing mentors of gifted students related to the teacher, the curriculum, and the school, in addition to the home and the student advisor himself with regard to enrichment programs. The results also showed that there was no effect of any of the independent variables (years of experience, academic qualification, and training courses) on the dimensions of the challenges of providing guidance services to students with giftedness, and indicated that there were no differences in the opinions of counselors of gifted students about the challenges of providing guidance services to students with giftedness due to For the variables “type -type of school”, the study recommended the necessity of intensifying training courses to qualify counselors to deal with people with talent, reducing curricula, and intensifying cooperation between educational institutions and the family.
