هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسات التخطيط الإستراتيجي في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية، التعرف على واقع ممارسات التنفيذ الاستراتيجي في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية، التعرف على واقع ممارسات التقويم الإستراتيجي في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية، الكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات العينة في ممارسات الإدارة الإستراتيجية تعزى إلى (الجنس، المنطقة التعليمية، سنوات الخبرة)، تحديد ملامح التصور المقترح في ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتطوير ممارسات الإدارة الإستراتيجية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية، واستخدمت الباحثات المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (65) مديراً من مديري مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة تم تصميمها من قبل الباحثات وفق ثلاثة محاور (التخطيط الإستراتيجي، التنفيذ الإستراتيجي، التقويم الإستراتيجي)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: جاء مستوى ممارسات التخطيط الإستراتيجي بدرجة “مرتفعة”، بينما جاء مستوى ممارسات التنفيذ الإستراتيجي، والتقويم الإستراتيجي بدرجة “متوسطة” وكذلك جاء دور الإدارة الإستراتيجية في تحسين جودة مخرجات المدارس بدرجة متوسطة، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات عينة الدراسة حول ممارسات الإدارة الإستراتيجية تعزى إلى الجنس، وكذلك المنطقة التعليمية، وسنوات الخبرة، وقدمت الدراسة تصوراً مقترحاً في ضوء تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتطوير ممارسات الإدارة الإستراتيجية في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في الكويت، وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة قيام مديري المدارس بوضع آليات متطورة لتقويم الأداء المدرسي بشكل مستمر لتحسين جودة المخرجات التعليمية. The aim of the research is to identify the reality of strategic planning practices in secondary schools, identify the reality of strategic implementation practices in secondary schools, identify the reality of strategic evaluation practices in secondary schools, and reveal the presence of statistically ignificant differences between the sample responses in management practices. The strategy is attributed to (gender, educational region, years of experience), determining the features of the proposed vision in light of the applications of artificial intelligence to develop strategic management practices in secondary schools. The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study sample amounted to 65 secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait. The study tool was a questionnaire designed by the researchers according to three axes (strategic planning, strategic implementation, and strategic evaluation), and the study reached the following results: The level of strategic planning practices was “high,” while the level of strategic implementation and strategic evaluation was “high.” “Medium” and the role of strategic management in improving the quality of school outcomes came in at a moderate degree. There are no statistically significant differences between the estimates of the study sample regardingstrategic management practices due to gender, as well as educational region, and years of experience. The study presented a proposed scenario in light of artificial intelligence applications. To develop strategic management practices in secondary schools in Kuwait, the study recommends the need for school principals to develop advanced mechanisms to evaluate school performance on an ongoing basis to improve the quality of educational outcomes.
