هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وتحديد معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية، والتعرف على الفروق بين عينة البحث حول واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية وفقاً لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة والمنطقة التعليمية. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (374) معلمة في المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت طبق عليهن استبانة تكونت من (40) عبارة موزعة على محورين. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية ككل جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وجاءت جميع الأبعاد بدرجة متوسطة، وجاء في الترتيب الأول التخطيط الإلكتروني، يليه التوجيه الإلكتروني، ثم التنظيم الإلكتروني، وأخيراً المتابعة والتقييم الإلكتروني. وجاءت معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بدرجة متوسطة أيضاً. وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية ككل وجميع الأبعاد وفقاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق حول واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية ككل وجميع الأبعاد تعزى لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة والمنطقة التعليمية. The research aimed to identify the reality of applying electronic administration in primary schools in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of female teachers, identify obstacles to applying electronic administration, and identify the differences between the sample about the reality of applying electronic administration according to the variables of academic qualification, years of experience, and educational region. The research followed the descriptive approach, and the sample consisted of (374) female teachers at the primary stage in the State of Kuwait. A questionnaire was applied to them, consisting of (40) statements distributed two domains. The results concluded that the reality of implementing electronic management as a whole came to a moderate degree, and all domains came to a moderate degree, and electronic planning came in first place, followed by electronic implementation, then electronic organization, and finally electronic follow-up and evaluation. Obstacles to implementing electronic management were also moderate. The results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample about the reality of applying electronic administration as a whole and all domains according to academic qualification variable, while there are regarding the reality of implementing electronic administration as a whole and all domains due to years of experience and educational region variables.
