هدفت الدراسة لوضع تصور لمدرسة المستقبل في الأردن في ضوء مبادئ التربية المستمرة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف طورت أداة تتضمن (100) بند، تمثل العوامل المكونة لمدرسة المستقبل، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (348) خبيرا، منهم (148) عضو هيئة تدريس، و(200) مشرفة ومشرف تربوي. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخرجت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرفات المعيارية، وأجري اختبار تحليل التباين الأحادي. واختبار شيفيه للمقارنات البعدية، حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة اتفاق عينة الدراسة على العوامل المكونة لمدرسة المستقبل. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (0.05≥ α) بين تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة للعوامل المكونة لمدرسة المستقبل على المجالات جميعها تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث، باستثناء مجالي الرسالة ومواصفات المعلم، إذ لم تظهر فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس. ولمتغير مكان العمل وجود فروق في المجالات جميعها لصالح العاملين في وزارة التربية باستثناء مجال البناء المدرسي، إذ لم تظهر فروق تعزى لمتغير مكان العمل. This study aimes to estabish a conception for the future school in Jordan in light of the principles of continuing education. In order to achieve this goal a tool has been developed, which consists of two parts: 1) the first part includes the general informaton about experts. 2) and the second part includes (100) items that present the constituant factors of the future school disrtubuted into seven domains. The sample of the study consists of (348) exprets, (148) of them are faculty members and (200) are educational supervisors. In order to answer the study questions, the arithmetical averages and standard deviations have been deduced, and mono variance-ratio test, t- test were preformed, along with Schaffer's dimensional comparisons test. The results of study showed an agreement between the samples of experts and the constituant factors of the future school. The results of study revealed that there are statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05 ) between the study's individuals evaluations of constituent factors of future school, which is attributed to sex variables in favor of femals except domains, of future school mission and teacher specifications there are no differnces, According to place of work variable there are differnces in all domains in favor of the workers in ministry of education except in domain of school building.
