هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لأدوارهم في تحقيق أهداف خطة تطوير المدرسة في لواء الأغوار الشمالية. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (296) معلما ومعلمة بنسبة 25%، من مدارس مديرية الأغوار الشمالية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وتم سحبها بالسحب العشوائي البسيط. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال استخدام استبانة تكونت من (40) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: 1) التعلم والتعليم. 2) والقيادة والإدارة. 3) وبيئة الطلبة. 4) والمدرسة والمجتمع. وقد تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لأدوارهم في تحقيق أهداف خطة تطوير المدرسة في لواء الاغوار الشمالية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة متوسطة ، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لأدوارهم في تحقيق أهداف خطة تطوير المدرسة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، ومستوى المدرسة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وذلك لصالح تقديرات ذوي الخبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات). The study aimed at revealing the degree of the principals' performance of their roles in achieving the goals of the school development plan in the North Ghour. A random sample was selected from the North Ghour: which consisted of (296) teachers. With 25%, to achieve the objective of the study, and was withdrawn by simple random clouds the analytical descriptive method was used to collect the data on the sample of the sample. The questionnaire consisted of (40) The study of the validity of the study tool was confirmed using the validity of the content. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing principals for their roles in achieving the objectives of the school development plan in the North Ghour from the point of view of the teachers came to a medium level. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences according to gender, school level, statistical significance according to the variable years of experience.
