يهدف البحث التعرف على التنظيم الذاتي لدى طلبة الجامعة فضلا عن التعرف على دلالة الفرق في التنظيم الذاتي على وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث) والتخصص (علمي - إنساني) والصف (أول - رابع) ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثتان ببناء مقياس التنظيم الذاتي على وفق نظرية (باندورا، 1991) وبلغ عدد فقرات المقياس بصورته النهائية (28) فقرة وبعد التأكد من خصائصه السايكومترية تم تطبيق المقياس على العينة البالغة (500) طالب وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الأولى والرابعة للجامعة المستنصرية تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية للعام الدراسي (2020-2021). أظهرت النتائج مايلي: 1) أن طلبة الجامعة يتمتعون بمستوى جيد من التنظيم الذاتي. 2) لا توجد فروق في التنظيم الذاتي بين متغير الجنس والتخصص والصف. The research aims to identify the self-regulation of university students, as well as to identify the significance of the difference in self-regulation according to the variable of sex (male-female), specialization (scientific-human), and grade (first fourth). To achieve the research objectives, the two researchers developed a scale of (28) items about self-regulation According to the theory of (Pandora, 1991). The scale was administered to (500) students from the first and fourth stages of Al Mustansiriyah University who were selected based on the random stratification method for the 2020-2021 academic year. The results showed that university students have a good level of self-regulation. There are no significant differences in self-regulation between the variable of gender, specialization, and grade of the study sample. (Published abstract)
