تناول البحث التنظيم الإداري لمؤسسات التربية الخاصة حيث وضح البحث مفهوم التنظيم الإداري، الذي اختلفت مفاهيمه في الدراسات الأدبية وتوصل البحث إلى مفهوم للتنظيم الإداري لمؤسسات التربية الخاصة وهو تلك المستويات الإدارية التي تتولى إدارة وتنظيم شئون مؤسسات التربية الخاصة وتتمثل في مستوى الإدارة العليا المتمثلة في (إدارة التربية الخاصة بقطاع العمليات التعليمية)، ومستوى الإدارة المتوسطة والمتمثلة في (إدارات التربية الخاصة بالمديريات) ومستوى الإدارة الإجرائية والمتمثلة في (مدارس التربية الخاصة) وتعمل هذه المستويات من خلال هيكل تنظيمي يشتمل على مجموعة من العناصر البشرية والمادية وفق قواعد محددة لتحقيق أهداف المنشودة لمؤسسات التربية الخاصة، كما تطرق البحث لأهمية التنظيم الإداري وخصائص التنظيم الإداري لمؤسسات التربية الخاصة ومبادئه، بالإضافة إلى أنواع التنظيم الإداري الرسمي والتنظيم الإداري الغير رسمي بالإضافة إلى مكونات التنظيم الإداري لمؤسسات التربية الخاصة وهما مكونان أساسيان الهيكل التنظيمي والعلاقات التنظيمية التي اشتملت على العلاقات التنظيمية السلطة وتفويض السلطة والمسؤولية والاتصال.
