The research discusses virtual university, a different kind of traditional universities. The research dealt with the definition of the virtual university, its types, and its parts. Then discuss the pros, cons, and constraints of applying the Virtual University. Then we moved to the reality of the application of the virtual university in Jordan in terms of motivation and positive results to apply. In the end, the research led to directing a message to higher education to think seriously about establishing a virtual Jordanian university. (Published abstract)
