هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري مدارس ضواحي القدس في تنمية الإبداع لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (42) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها ومن ثم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (280) معلماً، ما نسبته (%20) من مجتمع الدراسة، وقد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لهذه الدراسة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة أن دور مديري مدارس ضواحي القدس في تنمية الإبداع لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة تقدير متوسطة، فقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي للأداة ككل (3.62). كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقديرات أفراد العينة لدور مديري مدارس ضواحي القدس في تنمية الإبداع لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، سنوات الخبرة. بينما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق بين تقديرات أفراد العينة لدور مديري مدارس ضواحي القدس في تنمية الإبداع لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وكانت الفروق بين أقل من بكالوريوس وبكالوريوس لصالح أقل من بكالوريوس، وبين أقل من بكالوريوس وأعلى من بكالوريوس لصالح أقل من بكالوريوس. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة اقترح الباحثون مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها تدريب المعلمين على استخدام الاستراتيجيات التي تنمي الإبداع: مثل حل المشكلات، الاكتشاف، والعصف الذهني. وضرورة تعاون الإدارة المدرسية مع المجتمع المحلي من أجل تنمية الإبداع لدى المعلمين وإعطاء المعلمين فرصاً زمنية كافية لتشجيع المعلمين على الإبداع. This study aimed to recognize the role of Jerusalem suburbs school’s principals in developing the creativity for the teachers from the teacher’s point of view, to achieve the study goal a questionnaire of (42) clause has been developed, and been checked for validity, then the questionnaire was distributed for (280) teachers, (20%) of the Region teacher’s community, and they were distributed randomly, the study uses descriptive method. The results of the study were reached that the role of Jerusalem suburbs schools principals in developing the creativity for the teachers from the teacher’s point of view came in an average rating, in a mathematical average of (3.62). The results have also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the estimates of the sample for the role of Dwahii Al-Quds School’s Principal in enhancing creativity for teachers from teachers’ point of view goes for the variable such as; gender, years of experience. However, the study’s results showed differences between the averages of estimates of the sample for the role of Dwahii Al-Quds School’s Principal in enhancing creativity for teachers from teachers’ point of view goes for the difference of academic qualification, and the differences were less than a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's favor less than a bachelor's, and less than a bachelor's degree and a higher bachelor's degree for less than a bachelor's degree. In the light of the results of this study, the researchers suggested some recommendations, most importantly; train teachers on using strategies that develop creativity; for instance; problem solving, discovering, and brainstorming, the importance of collaborating the school’s ministry with the local community for developing creativity for teachers, and the importance of giving teachers enough time chances to encourage them on creativity.
