هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الذكاء الانفعالي وعلاقته بالقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة، وتم تطبيقه على عينة مكونة من (220) طالب وطالبة من طلاب الجامعة بكلية التربية جامعة بورسعيد للعام الدراسي 2019-2020، وقد تم تطبيق الأدوات الآتية: مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي (إعداد هشام النرش، 2018)، ومقياس القدرة على اتخاذ القرار (إعداد رشا الطواشيملي، 2014)، وتتحدد مشكلة البحث في الآتي: 1) هل يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين البعد الأول (ضبط وإدارة انفعالات الذات الوجدانية) والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة؟ 2) هل يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين البعد الثاني (الدافعية) والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة؟ 3) هل يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين البعد الثالث (التواصل والتعاطف مع الآخرين) والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة؟ 4) هل يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين البعد الرابع (الوعي بالذات والواقع الفعلي) على القدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة؟ 5) هل يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين الذكاء الانفعالي والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة؟ وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) يوجد ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين ضبط وإدارة انفعالات الذات الوجدانية والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة. 2) يوجد ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين الدافعية والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة. 3) يوجد ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين التواصل والتعاطف مع الآخرين والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة. 4) يوجد ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين الوعي بالذات والواقع الفعلي والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار. 5) يوجد ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائيا بين الذكاء الانفعالي والقدرة على اتخاذ القرار لدى طلاب الجامعة. The aim of the research is to identify emotional intelligence and its relationship to the decision-making ability of university students, and it was applied to a sample of (220) male and female students of the university at the Faculty of Education, Port Said University for the academic year 2019-2020, and the following tools were applied: Emotional intelligence scale Prepared by Hisham Al-Narash 2018, and the decision-making ability scale prepared by Rasha Al-Tawashmli 2014, the research problem is determined as follows: 1) Is there a statistically significant relationship between the first dimension (controlling and managing the emotions of the self) and the ability to make decisions among university students? 2) Is there a statistically significant relationship between the second dimension (motivation) and the ability to make decisions among university students? 3) Is there a statistically significant relationship between the third dimension (communication and empathy with others) and the ability to make decisions among university students? 4) Is there a statistically significant relationship between the fourth dimension (self-awareness and actual reality) on the decision-making ability of university students? 5) Is there a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and decision-making ability among university students? The research reached the following results: 1) There is a statistically significant correlation between the control and management of emotional self-emotions and the ability to make decisions among university student. 2) There is a statistically significant correlation between motivation and decision making ability among university student. 3) There is a statistically significant correlation between communication and empathy with others and the ability to make decisions among university students. 4) There is a statistically significant correlation between self-awareness, actual reality, and decision-making ability. 5) There is a statistically significant correlation between emotional intelligence and decision-making ability among university students.
