أصبح للإنترنت دور هام جدا في حياتنا فلا يستطيع أحد أن ينكر هذا الدور وسواء كان هذا الدور ينظر إليه من المنظور الإيجابي أو السلبي فان وجود الإنترنت أصبح من ضروريات الحياه واستخدام الإنترنت بأي شكل سواء كان استخداما مفرطا أو مقتصدا يهدف البحث إلى تصميم مقياس سيكومتري في قياس فرط استخدام الإنترنت لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، حيث تكتسب هذه الدراسة أهميتها من المفاهيم التي تتناولها، سواء من حيث أهميتها أو جدة البحث فيها إذ يعد مفهوم فرط استخدام الإنترنت من المفاهيم ذات الأولوية التي تلاقى اهتماما متزايدا سواء علي المستوي النظري أو التطبيقي، ويشغل بال المجتمعات والعلماء والباحثين علي حد سواء، فضلا علي كونه من المفاهيم التي يصعب تحديدها نظريا لتعدد أبعاده وتداخلها، ونظرا لأهمية المفهوم في المجال النفسي، فلقد لجأ العديد من الباحثين دراسات حول هذا المفهوم ضمن المجال النفسي، وهو نفس الهدف الذي نسعى إليه من خلال هذه الدراسة، وتمثلت أسئلة الدراسة في سؤالين هما: ما صورة مقياس فرط استخدام الإنترنت لدي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية؟، ما الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس فرط استخدام الإنترنت؟ وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في طلاب المرحلة الثانوية وكانت نتائج الدراسة أن هذا المقياس يتميز بقدرته على تحديد درجة وشدة أبعاد فرط استخدام الإنترنت وبناء على ما أسفرت عنه النتائج يمكن الإشارة أن المقياس صالح لأغراض التشخيص النفسي ولأغراض البحث العلمي. The internet has a very important role in our lives. No one can deny this role. Whether this role is viewed from a positive or negative perspective, the presence of the Internet has become one of the necessities of life and the use of the Internet in any form, whether it is excessive or frugal use. The research aims to design a psychometric scale in measuring Excessive Internet use among secondary school students, where this study gains its importance from the concepts it deals with, both in terms of its importance or the novelty of research in it. And scientists and researchers alike, as well as being one of the concepts that are difficult to define theoretically due to the multiplicity of its dimensions and their overlap, and given the importance of the concept in the psychological field, many researchers have resorted to studies about this concept within the psychological field, which is the same goal that we seek through this study, The study questions consisted of two questions: What is the picture of the Internet overuse scale among secondary school students? What are the psychometric properties of the Internet overuse scale? The sample of the study was high school students, and the results of the study were that this scale is characterized by its ability to determine the degree and severity of the dimensions of excessive Internet use, and based on the results of the results, it can be noted that the scale is valid for purposes of psychological diagnosis and for the purposes of scientific research.
