هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم مجتمعات التعلم المهنية، وبيان أسس ومقومات هذه المجتمعات، وتحديد الأسس الفكرية لتحويل المدارس إلى مجتمعات تعلم مهنية في ضوء نماذج مجتمعات التعلم المهنية، وبناء تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في تطوير التعليم الأساسي في ضوء تبني بعض نماذج مجتمعات التعلم المهنية، من خلال وضع رؤية جديدة للتطوير المدرسي، وتحسين عمل المدارس، وزيادة إنتاجيتها ورفع معدل كفاءاتها من خلال مساعدتها على بناء مجتمعات تعلم مهنية، وقد توصل البحث إلى تفعيل دور مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في تطوير التعليم الأساسي في ضوء نماذج مجتمعات التعلم المهنية باعتبار أن مجتمعات التعليم المهني هي مجموعة من المربين تجتمع بانتظام لزيادة الخبرات وتعمل معًا لتحسين مهارات التدريس والأداء الأكاديمي للمتعلمين، ومن ثم اقترح البحث تفعيل دور مجتمعات التعلم المهنية في تطوير التعليم الأساسي من خلال أربع ركائز تمثل الأسس الرئيسة لمجتمعات التعلم المهني وهي: الرسالة والرؤية والقيم والأهداف، والتوافق بين المعلمين والمديرين، وإذا ما تحقق هذا التوافق فإنهم يكونون قد بنوا أساسًا صلبًا للمجتمع المهني التعلمي، وأن يكون هناك حوار جاد ونقاشات عميقة، وبناء أرضية مشتركة فيما بينهم، وتكوين فهم مشترك لدى الجميع في التطوير للتعليم الأساسي في ضوء نماذج مجتمعات التعلم المهنية. The aim of the research is to identify the concept of professional learning societies, to clarify the foundations and components of these societies, to identify the intellectual foundations for transforming schools into professional learning societies in light of the adoption of some contemporary standards, and to build a proposed perception to activate the role of professional learning societies in school improvement in light of the adoption of some contemporary standards. Through setting a new vision for school development, improving schools' work, increasing their productivity and raising their competencies rate by helping them build professional learning societies, the research has reached to activate the role of professional learning communities in school improvement in light of the adoption of some contemporary standards considering that professional education societies are a group of educators meet regularly to increase experiences and work together to improve teaching skills and the academic performance of learners, and then the research suggested activating the role of professional learning communities in school improvement through four pillars that represent the main foundations of professional learning societies, which are: mission, vision, values and goals, and compatibility between teachers and administrators, If this consensus is achieved, then they will have built a solid foundation for the professional learning community, and there will be serious dialogue and deep discussions. And building a common ground between them and forming a common understanding among all regarding school improvement in light of the adoption of some contemporary standards. (Published abstract)
