هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على بعض التجارب الناجحة في إعداد معلم المستقبل وتنميته مهنياً. وكذلك هدفت إلى إعداد تصور مقترح من أجل إعداد معلم المستقبل وتنميته مهنياً. تمثل منهج الدراسة في المنهج الوصفي. كما تم عرض مجموعة من الدراسات التي ترتبط بموضوع الدراسة. كما تم عرض تجارب عربية وأجنبية ناجحة في إعداد معلم المستقبل وتنميته مهنياً. وفي نهاية الدراسة تم الإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة ووضع تصور مقترح يساهم في إعداد معلم المستقبل وتنميته مهنياً بالمملكة العربية السعودية. The study aimed to identify some successful Arab and foreign experiences in preparing and developing professionally the future teacher. It also aimed at preparing a proposed vision for the preparation and professional development of the future teacher. The curriculum of the study is descriptive. A series of studies related to the subject of the study were also presented. Successful Arab and foreign experiences were also presented in the preparation and professional development of the future teacher. At the end of the study was answered the questions of the study and the development of a proposed scenario contributes to the preparation and development of the future teacher professionally in Saudi Arabia.
