The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on the use of the QR code in developing the skills of producing learning objects for secondary level teachers in Bisha governorate. To achieve this goal the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical and semi-experimental approach, in which the design of one group was chosen. The researcher has prepared a list of learning objects skills and a questionnaire to identify the training needs of the secondary level teachers to develop the skills of producing learning objects, an achievement test, and an observing card for the practical side skills of producing learning objects. The experiment was applied to a random sample of the secondary level teachers in Bisha governorate (central office) with (25) teachers, and the research tools (observing card - achievement test) were applied previously to the research group, and at the end of the experiment the same research tools were later applied to the research group. This was done during the first semester of the academic year 1440-1441 H. The results indicated that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average levels of the pre and post measurements of the research group parameters who received training program based on the use of QR code in the cognitive and practical performance aspects related to the skills of producing learning objects for the benefit of the post application, and the presence of a statistically significant correlation at the significance level of (0.05) between the cognitive aspects related to the skills of producing learning objects, and the practical performance aspects related to the skills of producing learning objects of the research group in the dimensional measurement, The results showed that the training program based on QR code had a significant impact on the development of producing skills of learning objects for the research group Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommended the introduction of new courses for using modern technologies in education within the curriculum of preparing teachers, attention to the development of the performance of technical parameters and the development of e-learning qualifications, and the holding of training courses for teachers to develop their technical skills in keeping up with the digital transformation of the curriculum, taking advantage of the current training program in the training of teachers, the need to employ the QR code in various educational activities, and taking advantage of the Internet for presenting the educational materials.
