الوقت عنصر مهم في حياة الإنسان لذا من الضروري معرفة التعامل معه واستثماره بصورة صحيحة إذ أن الوقت الذي يمضي لا يمكن تعويضه. كما أن المحاولة على السيطرة على الوقت واستثماره بأفضل الطرق كانت هدف لعدة باحثين على مر عقود من الزمن وفي ظل التقدم والتطور التكنولوجي المتسارع النمو حاليا ممكن أن يسهل عمليه إدارة الوقت بصورة مثلى. في هذا البحث أخذنا الطلاب الجامعيين كهدف لإدارة الوقت في استخدام أحد تطبيقات التكنولوجيا الحديثة وهي التعليم الإلكتروني من خلال دراسة نوعين من الطلاب أحدهم قادر على استخدام وسائل التكنولوجيا كونها من ضمن اختصاصه وهم طلاب قسم المالية والمصرفية في كلية الإمام الأعظم والقسم الآخر قليل أو يكاد يكون معدوم الخبرة في التعامل مع التكنولوجيا الحديثة هو قسم الدعوة والخطابة من خلال استبانة معدة مسبقا وتحليل بياناتها ومن ثم تطبيق خوارزمية شجرة القرار لإيجاد الدقة ومدى تأثيرها على إدارة الوقت إيجابيا أو سلبياً. Time is an important element in human life it is necessary to know how to manage and investment in correct way while the past will never come again. Also trying to control and investment perfectly has been the main goal of many researchers for decades where the development and progress of technology which grow so fast now will be able simplistic time management in perfect way. In this research we take college students as destination in time management using one of recent technology application E-learning by studying two types of students the first one able to use technology facilities because it is from competence financial and banking department in Imam Al-adham college and the other have a little or absent expert in using recent technology Advocacy and rhetoric department through options questionnaires and analyzing it is data then applying decision tree algorithm to find the accuracy and how it affect time management positively or negatively.
