استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور الجامعة ممثلة في أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيها في ترسيخ وتعزيز قيم الانتماء والمواطنة لدى طلبتها، وتبيان أهمية النشاط الطلابي في الجامعة في ذلك، علاوة على رصد بعض النماذج المناسبة لتفعيل دور الجامعة في ذلك ومناقشة المعوقات والتحديات التي قد تعوق هذا الدور. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي (تحليل الموضوع) وحدة الموضوع وأوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن الخبراء المشاركين بوثائقهم في الدراسة يتفقون على أهمية دور الجامعة في ترسيخ وتعزيز قيم الانتماء والمواطنة لدى طلبتها، وأن هناك تغيرات ثقافية معاصرة تحتم هذا الدور، ويعتمد نجاح هذا الدور على مدى وإيمان القيادات الجامعية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بأهمية هذا الدور، وأنه توجد نماذج وآليات عديدة يمكن الاسترشاد بها في تطبيق فعاليات ترسيخ الجامعة لقيم الانتماء والمواطنة لدى طلبتها. كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن الاعتزاز بالعقيدة والشرع في الحياة الطالبية هو عامل حصانة ضد الانتماءات غير المشروعة في حياتهم، وأن إمتلاك الطلبة لروح المسئولية والصبر وحسن تقدير مصالح الوطن والالتزام بقيم المواطنة هو مصدر لمقاومة التيارات المنحرفة، ومواجهة التحديات المختلفة المؤثرة على مستوى فعالية هذا الدور الجامعي. The research aims at identifying the role of university represented by its faculty members in consolidating and enhancing the values of belongingness and citizenship for its students, and demonstrating the importance of student activity in the university in this regard, in addition to monitoring some appropriate models to activate the role of the university in that context and discuss obstacles and challenges that may hinder this role. The research relies on the descriptive approach (content analysis) to the topic unit. The results of the research show that the experts sharing their documents in the research agree on the importance of the university role in consolidating and enhancing the values of belongingness and citizenship for its students, and that there are contemporary cultural changes that necessitate this role. The success of this role depends on the extent of faith had by the university leaders and faculty members in the importance of this role. They also show that there are many models and mechanisms that can guide the application of the university consolidation activities to the values of belongingness and citizenship for its students. In addition, the results of the research show that pride in Islamic belief and law in student life is a factor of immunity against unlawful affiliations in their lives, that the students have a sense of responsibility, patience, good appreciation of the nation’s interests, and commitment to citizenship values is a source of resisting deviant currents, and facing various challenges affecting the level of effectiveness of this university role.
