This study tends to shed a light up on the negative influences and hazards of Information Technology (IT) up on the preadolescents whose age between (9-15) years old, particularly up on their cognitive, academic achievement, and maral aspects of their personalities, to achieve the research goal the researcher adapted the descriptive method of research, and a questionnaire in collecting the information from the teachers and parents about the theme of the research, and the (SPSS) in analyzing the data gathered, and that by using (Alphacronbach) in standardizing the research tools, and analyzing the questionnaire, the results obtained proved the negative impact of the (IT) up on the preadolescents cognitive, academic and moral aspects of their personalities particularly with the intensive use of (IT) in the absence of their parents advices and control. The researcher recommends that the families must take much care about the way their sons use the (IT), and suggested that the researchers must runout much studies in this particular issue.
