The research aims to examine the effect of using inter active whiteboard in improving the students’ writing skills with learning disabilities and their attitudes toward it. This research was conducted as a test for writing skills which consisted of seven questions that were distributed on seven parameters. And the questionnaire was formed by having (20) items that using a treble Likert scale and verified its reliability and validity statistically. The study sample was included 50 male and female students in (2) different classes. In the first semester of academic year (2018-2019). The sample was chosen by intentional method. One of these classes has been chosen randomly as an experimental group that has (25) students (12 male, 13 female) which has been taught by using the interactive whiteboard, the second class as a controlled group it has (25) students (12 male, 13 female) which has been taught by using traditional method. The result showed there is a statistically significant differences at the level of significant (α=0.05) between both of SMA (Simple Moving Averages) for both of study groups performance to examine writing skills together and individually according to teaching method variable for the experimental group performance which studied writing skill by using smart board compared with controlled group performance which studied by using traditional method, Where the effect size was also high. However, the study showed there is no statistically significant differences at the level of significant (α=0.05) between SMA (simple moving averages) for both of study performance on testing of writing skills together and individually according to gender variables. The result showed that the attitudes of the experimental group toward using interactive whiteboard were positive. (Published abstract)
