هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى قدرة مقياس الميول المهنية بنظام المسارات على تحديد مسار طلبة السنة المشتركة بالمدارس الحكومية بالرياض من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين والموجهين الطلابيين، وتحديد الفروق تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل التعليمي، الجنس، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المسحي لمناسبته للدراسة، والاستبانة المتضمنة بيانات ديموغرافية و(30) فقرة قسمت لخمس محاور؛ قامت الباحثة ببنائها وتطويرها للتعرف على قدرة المقياس على تحديد مسار طلبة السنة المشتركة، ووزعتها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (336) مشرفين وموجهين لكامل مجتمع الدراسة، وتوصلت لاستجابة ((336 من مجتمع الدراسة مثلت عينة الدراسة، وأظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي العام للمجالات هو (4,16) والانحراف المعياري (0,778) ومستوى عام كبيرة، وهذا يدل على قدرة المقياس بنظام المسارات على تحديد مسار طلبة السنة المشتركة بالرياض من وجهة نظر مجتمع الدراسة بدرجة كبيرة. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات عينة الدراسة حول قدرة مقياس الميول المهنية بنظام المسارات على تحديد مسار الطلبة لصالح المشرفيين التربويين، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط إجابات العينة تعزى لمتغير الدراسة سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي. واستناداً للنتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة توصيات ومقترحات أهمها أن تعمل المؤسسات التعليمية على تعزيز ميول الطلبة الاجتماعية بشكل مستمر كونها تؤثر على إصدار قراراتهم المهنية التي تخدم الفرد والمجتمع. The study aimed to identify the extent to which the career tendencies scale in the tracks system is able to determine the path of common year students in government schools in Riyadh from the point of view of educational supervisors and student guides, and to identify the differences according to the study variables: years of experience, educational qualification, and gender. The researcher used the descriptive analytical survey method because it is appropriate for the study, and the questionnaire included demographic data and (30) paragraphs divided into five axes; The researcher built and developed it to identify the scale's ability to determine the path of common year students, and distributed it to a simple random sample consisting of (336) supervisors and guides for the entire study community, and reached a response of ( 336) from the study community represented the study sample, and the results showed that the general arithmetic mean of the fields is (4.16) and the standard deviation is (0.778) and a large general level, which indicates the ability of the scale with the paths system to determine the path of common year students in Riyadh from the point of view of the study community to a large degree. The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the average answers of the study sample regarding the ability of the professional tendencies scale with the paths system to determine the path of students in favor of educational supervisors, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average answers of the sample attributed to the study variable of years of experience and academic qualification.
