This study aimed to identify the attributes if the emotional effort exerted by a sample of the teachers of gifted students, in the light of some variables including (sector's type, Academic Qualification, Years of Experience). The study sample included 93 female teachers in both public and private sectors. They were chosen randomly using descriptive methodology, Emotional Effort Scale was also applied after ensuring its psychometric characteristics (Honesty, Stability), the results showed that the teachers of gifted students had high level of emotional effort on side dimensions, the dimension of (emotional effort towards work management) came first, while the dimension of (emotional effort towards educational supervisor) was high and came last. There were no differences attribute two the variables of Sector's Type, Academic Qualifications, and years of experience, the researcher recommended to conduct more studies to discuss emotional effort with other psychological, educational and social variables.
