هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين العلاقات الاجتماعية لدى معلمين المرحلة الابتدائية بمكة المكرمة من وجهة نظرهم والوقوف على اهتمام القيادة المدرسية بمشاركة المعلمين في إتخاذ القرار والتشارور معهم وإبداء الرأي. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتحدت أداة الدراسة في الاستبانة وتم تطبيقها علي (111) معلمًا من معلمين المرحلة الإبتدائية بمكة المكرمة ، تم اختياريهم بطريقة عشوائية وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود اتجاهات إيجابية بدرجة كبيرة جداً لدى المعلمين بالمرحلة الإبتدائية بمكة المكرمة نحو دور مدير المدرسة في الاهتمام بالنواحي النفسية والاجتماعية ومشاركة المعلمين في اتخاذ القرار وتشاورهم ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين استجابات المعلمين في كل محور من محاور الدراسة المرتبطة بواقع دور القيادة المدرسية في تحسين العلاقات الاجتماعية والمتعلقة ب " دور مدير المدرسة في الاهتمام بالنواحي النفسية و النواحي الإجتماعية و في مشاركة المعلمين في اتخاذ القرار وتشاورهم تعزى لاختلاف عدد سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي ، وتوصي الدراسة إلى تدريب مدراء المدارس على مهارات التواصل الإجتماعي وذلك من قبل مشرفي الإدارات المدرسية بمكاتب التعليم في مختلف الإدارات للتعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية وتطوير مهارات التواصل الإجتماعي لدى شاغلي الوظائف التعليمية وذلك وفق برامج تدريبية تقدمها وزارة التعليم. The study aimed to identify the role of school leadership in improving social relations among primary school teachers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah from their point of view, and to determine the interest of school leadership in participating teachers in decision-making, consulting with them, and expressing their opinion. The study relied on the descriptive analytical method. The study tool was included in the questionnaire and was applied to (111) primary school teachers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, who were selected randomly. The results of the study revealed that there were very positive trends among teachers in the primary stage in Makkah Al-Mukarramah towards the role of the school principal in paying attention to the psychological and social aspects and teacher participation. In decision-making and consultation, the study also found that there were no differences between teachers’ responses in each axis of the study related to the reality of the role of school leadership in improving social relations and related to “the role of the school principal in paying attention to the psychological and social aspects and in teachers’ participation in decision-making.” Their consultation is due to the difference in the number of years of experience and academic qualifications. The study recommends training school principals on social communication skills by supervisors of school administrations in education offices in the various departments of education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and developing social communication skills among occupants of educational positions in accordance with training programs provided by the Ministry of Education.
