هدفت الدّراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع الثّقافة التّربويّة لدى معلّمات المرحلة الثّانويّة في مدينة جدة من وجهة نظر المشرفات التّربويّات ومديرات المدارس، واعتمدت الدّراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقامت الباحثة بتطبيق استبانة على عيّنة عشوائيّة طبقيّة قوامها (165) مشرفة تربويّة و(83) مديرة مدرسة. وأظهرت النتائج أنّ تحقق الثّقافة التّربويّة لدى معلّمات المرحلة الثّانويّة من وجهة نظر المشرفات التّربويّات ومديرات المدارس جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.97). وجاء محور القيم التّربويّة في مقدمة المحاور المتحققة، يليه محور المعتقدات التّربويّة، وأخيراً محور اتجاهات المعلّمات نحو مهنة التدريس. كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات المشرفات التّربويّات ومديرات المدارس حول واقع الثّقافة التّربويّة لدى معلّمات المرحلة الثّانويّة بمدينة جدة تعزى لاختلاف المسمى الوظيفي والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، بينما وجدت فروق في اتجاهاتهن نحو المهنة تعزى للمؤهل العلمي لصالح الحاصلات على الدبلوم، وأوصت الدّراسة الحالية بتقديم دورات تدريبية لتعزيز الثّقافة التّربويّة لدى معلّمات المرحلة الثّانويّة عموماً وتعزيز اتجاهاتهن الإيجابية نحو المهنة، وإقامة القيادات المدرسية ندوات وورش عمل تعنى ببيان المفاهيم المتعلقة بالثّقافة التّربويّة لدى المعلّمات وأهميتها في تحقيق أهداف المدرسة. The study aimed to reveal the reality of the (educational culture) Believes, Values and Attitudes among high school female teachers in the city of Jeddah from the perspective of educational supervisors and school principals. The study adopted the descriptive analytical research design approach. The researcher applied a questionnaire to a stratified random sample of (165) female educational supervisors and (83) female school principals. The results showed that the educational culture achieved by high school teachers from the perspective of educational supervisors and school principals came to a large degree, with a mean of (3.97). The field of educational values came at the forefront of the achieved fields, followed by the field of educational beliefs, and finally, the field of teachers' attitudes towards the teaching profession. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences - at the significance level (α≤0.05) -between the average responses of educational supervisors and school principals about the reality of educational culture among high school teachers in Jeddah due to the difference in job title, educational qualification and years of experience. In contrast, differences were found in their attitudes towards the profession due to the academic qualification in favor of diploma holders. The study recommended providing training courses to enhance the educational culture of all high school teachers and to enhance their positive attitudes toward the profession. In addition, it recommended holding seminars and workshops by school leaders to explain the concepts related to the teachers' educational culture and their importance in achieving school goals.
