هدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس الثقافة التنظيمية لإدارة البطولات الرياضية لمدرسي ومدرسات درس التربية الرياضية في محافظة صلاح الدين، وتعرف الفروق في الثقافة التنظيمية لإدارة البطولات الرياضية بين عينة البحث بحسب متغير الجنس، وأما فرضا البحث فقد نصا على امتلاك مدرسي ومدرسات درس التربية الرياضية في محافظة صلاح الدين مستوى متوسطا من الثقافة التنظيمية لإدارة البطولات الرياضية، وبوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الثقافة التنظيمية لإدارة البطولات الرياضية بين مدرسي ومدرسات درس التربية الرياضية في محافظة صلاح الدين بحسب متغير الجنس. استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبي (المسحي والعلاقات الارتباطية) لملاءمته طبيعة مشكلة البحث، وتكون مجتمع البحث من (374) مدرسا ومدرسة اختصاص التربية الرياضية في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة صلاح الدين للعام الدراسي (2023-2024). استخدم الباحثين الحقيبة الإحصائية (spss) للتوصل إلى نتائج بحثهما، وتوصل الباحثين إلى عدة استنتاجات في ضوء نتائج بحثهما أهمها تباين مستوى الثقافة التنظيمية لإدارة البطولات الرياضية بين مدرسي ومدرسات درس التربية الرياضية في محافظة صلاح الدين. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث، أوصى الباحثين تبني برامج وورش تدريبية وتأهيلية وتطويرية لمدرسي ومدرسات درس التربية الرياضية لتنمية معارفهم ومهاراتهم وخبراتهم الإدارية والتنظيمية والثقافية. The research aimed to build a measure of the organizational culture for managing sports tournaments for male and female physical education lesson teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate, and to identify the differences in the organizational culture for managing sports tournaments and job commitment among the research sample according to the gender variable. As for the research hypotheses, it stipulated that male and female physical education lesson teachers have In Salah al-Din Governorate, there is a moderate level of organizational culture for. There are statistically significant differences in the organizational culture of managing sports tournaments between male and female physical education teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate according to the gender variable. The researchers used the descriptive approach in both styles (survey and correlational) to suit the nature of the research problem. The current research population consists of (374) male and female teachers. Specialization in physical education in secondary schools in Salah al-Din Governorate for the academic year (0202-0202). The researchers used the statistical package (SPSS) to reach the results of their research, and the researchers reached several conclusions in light of the results of their research, the most important of which is the difference in the level of organizational culture for managing sports tournaments between male and female physical education teachers in Salah al-Din Governorate. In light of the research results, the researchers recommended adopting training programs and workshops. Qualification and development for male and female physical education teachers to develop their knowledge, skills, and administrative, organizational, and cultural experiences. (Published abstract)
