هدفت الدّراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المعيقات التي تواجه معلّمات المرحلة الابتدائيّة في المدارس الحكوميّة أثناء عملية التّدريس الإلكتروني بمدينة جدة، ووفقًا لطبيعة الدّراسة فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لأنّه المنهج المناسب للدّراسة، واستخدمت الدّراسة استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، متخذةً من معلّمات المرحلة الابتدائيّة في محافظة جدة مجتمعًا للدّراسة وعددهن (7904) معلمة، وبلغت عيّنة الدّراسة (367) معلمة بواقع (4.46%) من مجتمع الدّراسة. وتوصلت الدّراسة إلى عدة نتائج، منها: وجود معيقات تواجه معلّمات المرحلة الابتدائيّة أثناء عملية التّعليم الإلكتروني تتعلق بالتقنيات وجاءت بمتوسط حسابي (3.97) وبوزن نسبي (%79.46). كما أن المعلّمات يواجهن معيقات تتعلق بالإدارة الصفّيّة الافتراضيّة وجاءت بمتوسط حسابي (3.94) وبوزن نسبي (78.97 %)، وأيضًا وجود معيقات تواجه المعلّمات تتعلق بالعلاقة بأولياء الأمور أثناء عملية التّعليم الإلكتروني وجاءت بمتوسط حسابي (3.98) وبوزن نسبي (79.77 %). كما توصلت الدّراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة (0.05 ≥ α ) بين متوسط إجابات أفراد العيّنة تعزى لمتغيري الدّراسة (سنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي). وأوصت الدّراسة بعدة توصيات من أهمها: تشكيل لجان متخصصة من قبل وزارة التّعليم للتخطيط والإشراف على عملية تدريب المعلمين والطّلاب واكسابهم مهارات التّعليم الإلكتروني، والإشراف على عملية تحويل التّعليم في المدارس من تعليم تقليدي إلى تعليم إلكتروني، وفق المعايير والمواصفات العالمية. This study aimed to reveal the reality of developing female students' artistic and sports talents in the middle public schools in Madinah from the perspective of teachers and educational supervisors. The study relied on the descriptive survey method. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of (105) teachers and educational supervisors who were chosen in a simple random way. This study aimed to identify the obstacles facing the elementary public school teachers during e-teaching in the city of Jeddah. According to the nature of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, because it is the appropriate method for the study. The study used a questionnaire consisting the population of the study is elementary school female teachers in Jeddah, numbered 7904 female teachers. The study sample is 367 female teachers, representing 4.46% of the study population. Several results were derived from the study, such as the presence of obstacles faced by elementary school teachers during the e-learning process related to techniques with an average of 3.97/4 or 5?? and a relative weight of 79.46%. In addition, female teachers face obstacles related to virtual classroom management with an average of 3.94 and a relative weight of 78.97%. Also, the results concluded the presence of obstacles facing the teachers related to communication with parents during the e-learning process with an average of 3.98 and a relative weight of 79.77%. The study concluded that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of the function α≥0.05 between the average answers of the study sample due to the study variables (years of experience and educational qualification). The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is: The formation of specialized committees by the Ministry of Education to plan and supervise the process of training teachers and students and provide them with e-learning skills. In addition, it recommended that the Ministry of Education supervise the process of transforming education in schools from traditional education to e-learning, following international standards and specifications.
