The study aimed to identify the role of government school principals in addressing the difficulties of integrating students with special needs into their schools from the point of view of teachers in the Koura District. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a study tool to collect the opinions of the study sample members. The study consisted of (22) paragraphs distributed on (3) axes. The study sample consisted of (165) male and female teachers selected from the entire community in a simple random manner. After statistical analysis, the results showed that the role of public school principals in addressing the difficulties of integrating students with special needs into their schools, from the point of view of teachers, was moderate. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of public school principals in addressing the difficulties of integrating students with special needs into their schools from the point of view of teachers (attributable to the variables of years of experience, educational qualification, and gender). In light of these results, the researcher recommended the need to provide the necessary financial support and facilities to school principals to overcome the difficulties of integration in their schools, and to conduct further research and studies on the role of government school principals in addressing the difficulties of integrating students with special needs into their schools from the point of view of teachers in other educational areas in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
