أهمية البحث تتجسد في كونه يتناول موضوعا حيويا لم يحظ بالاهتمام في الدراسات والبحوث، وتأتي أهميته كذلك في مواكبة التوجيهات الحديثة وتطبيق التقنيات الحديثة واستعمال الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة في المدارس التابعة إلى المديرية العامة في محافظة ديالى. أما مشكلة البحث فهي دراسة مقارنة في القيم الاجتماعية لدى مدرسي التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر مدراء المدارس في محافظة ديالى، والمجال الزماني من (1/10/ 2022) إلى (1/ 5/ 2023)، المجال المكاني تمثل المدارس المتوسطة في المديرية التربية العامة في محافظة ديالى. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملاءمته طبيعة المشكلة. اشتمل مجتمع البحث على مدرسي التربية الرياضية والبالغ عددهم (220) مدرس ومدرسة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. أما عينة البحث فتكونت من (123) مدرس ومدرسة، وبعدها تم تطبيق المقياس المكون من (41) فقرة موزعة على (6) مجالات، وتم تحديد بدائل الإجابة المقترحة للمقياسين (دائما، غالبا، احيانا، نادرا، أبدا) وتحمل الأوزان (5، 4، 3، 2، 1). تم استخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية لاستخراج الأسس العلمية ووضع مستويات معيارية للمقياس. وتوصل الباحثان إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات، منها: توصل إلى تمتع مدرسي التربية الرياضية بمستوى عال في مجالات قيم النظام الاجتماعي والاحترام والانضباط والسلوكيات مع وجود مستوى متوسط لمجال الأبنية المعرفية لمقياس القيم الاجتماعية. أوصى الباحثان ضرورة الحرص على منظومة القيم الاجتماعية بين مدرسي التربية الرياضية والإدارة مما يعطي قيمة إضافية إلى قيمتهما الحقيقية. The importance of the research is embodied in the fact that it deals with a vital topic that has not received attention in studies and research, and its importance also comes from keeping pace with modern directives, applying modern technologies and using modern administrative methods in schools affiliated to the General Directorate in Diyala Governorate. As for the research problem, it is a comparative study in the social values of education teachers. Sports from the point of view of school principals in Diyala Governorate, and the temporal domain is from (1/10/2022) to (1/5/2023), the spatial domain represents intermediate schools in the Directorate of General Education in Diyala Governorate, the researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method for its suitability to the nature of the problem. The research community included (220) teachers of physical education, male and female, who were chosen randomly. As for the research sample, it consisted of (123) male and female teachers, and then the scale consisting of (41) items distributed over (6) domains was applied, and the proposed answer alternatives for the two scales (always, often, sometimes, rarely, never) were identified and carried weights (5, 4, 3, 2, 1), and the statistical bag was used to extract the scientific foundations and set standard levels for the scale, and the researcher reached a number of conclusions, including: Knowledge of the measure of social values, the researcher recommended the need to take care of the system of social values between teachers of physical education and administration, which gives an additional value to their real value.
