يهدف البحث تعرف درجة المقارنة لجودة الأداء الإداري بين مديريتي تربية ديالى وواسط من وجهة نظر المشرفين الفنيين في تلك المديريات. تكمن مشكلة البحث في السؤال الآتي: هل هناك فروق معنوية في جودة الآداء الإداري لمديري أقسام النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي في تربيتي ديالى وواسط؟. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (48) مشرفا فنيا في مديريات النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي موزعين على محافظتي ديالى وواسط. استخدم الباحثان الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، إذ تكونت الاستبانة من (43) فقرة موزعة على (6) مجالات. تمت الإجابة على فقرات الاستبانة على وفق خمس بدائل (كبيرة جدا، كبيرة، متوسطة، قليلة، قليلة جدا). تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية (spss). توصل الباحثان إلى عدم وجود فروق معنوية في جودة الأداء الإداري لمدراء أقسام النشاط الرياضي والمدرسي لمديريتي ديالى وواسط. The research aims to identify the degree of comparison of the quality of administrative performance between the directorates of Diyala and Wasit education from the point of view of the technical supervisors in those directorates. The descriptive approach, and the research sample consisted of (48) technical supervisors in the directorates of sports and school activity distributed over the governorates of Diyala and Wasit. The researchers used the questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The questionnaire consisted of (43) items distributed over (6) domains, and the items of the questionnaire were answered according to five alternatives (very large, large, medium, few, very few), and the data were processed statistically using the statistical bag (). There are significant differences in the quality of the administrative performance of the directors of the sports and school activity departments of the districts of Diyala and Wasit.
