هدفت الدراسة إلى تقنين مقياس سلوك المواطنة التنظيمة لمدرسي التربية الرياضية في المدارس المتوسطة بمحافظة ديالى. وكانت مجالات البحث: المجال البشري: مدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة ديالى، والمجال الزماني: 2/1/2023 إلى 2/5/2023 والمجال المكاني: المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة ديالى. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملاءمته طبيعة المشكلة. اشتمل مجتمع البحث (254) من مدرسي التربية الرياضية في محافظة ديالى، وتكونت عينة البحث من (120) مدرس ومدرسة، واختيرت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية، ثم بعد ذلك تم تطبيق مقياس سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية المكون من (52) عباره على عينة البحث، من (2/01/2023 إلى 01/02/2023)، وتم تصحيح إجابات العينة واستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لإيجاد الدرجة الزائية والمستويات المعيارية. واستنتج الباحثان بناء على نتائج التقنين إلى استخدام الدراجات الزائية للمقياس بوصفها معيارا لمقياس سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية. أوصى الباحثان باستخدام المقياس الحالي وسيلة علمية لقياس سلوك الواطنة التنظيمية، وإمكانية استخدام المقياس الحالي من الباحثين والمختصين. The aim of the research is to codify the measure of organizational citizenship behavior for teachers of physical education in middle schools in Diyala Governorate. The areas of research lie: the human field: physical education teachers in Diyala Governorate،the temporal field: 1/2/2023 to 5/2/2023 and the spatial field: middle schools in Diyala Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive survey method to suit the nature of the problem. The research community included (254) physical education teachers in Diyala Governorate،and the research sample consisted of (120) teachers and schools،and the sample was chosen randomly،and then the organizational citizenship behavior scale consisting of (52) statements was applied to the research sample،from 2/01/2023 AD to 01/02/2023) and the sample answers were corrected and the statistical bag (SPSS) was used to find the score and the standard levels. The researcher concluded،based on the results of rationing،the use of bicycles for the scale as a criterion for measuring organizational citizenship behavior. The researcher recommended using the current scale as a scientific method to measure the behavior of organizational citizenship،and the possibility of using the current scale by researchers and specialists.
