هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرّف على دور الإشراف التربوي في متابعة العملية التعليمية القائمة على التعليم عن بعد في مدينة جدة من وجهة نظر المشرفات، من خلال التعرف على دور ومعوقات ومتطلبات الإشراف التربوي في متابعة العملية التعليمية القائمة على التعليم عن بعد ، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق الإحصائية حول واقع الإشراف التربوي في متابعة العملية التعليمية القائمة على التعليم عن بعد، التي تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، التخصص، الخبرة)، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتم بناء استبانة تكونت من ثلاث محاور الأول يقيس الدور تكون من (19) فقرة والثاني يقيس المعوقات تكون من (11) فقرة، والثالث لقياس المتطلبات تكون من (22) فقرة، تم تطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية بلغت (20) مشرفة للتأكد من الصدق والثبات. بينما تكونت عينة الدراسة من (180) مشرفة تربوية في إدارة تعليم جدة، تم توزيع الاستبانات عليهم إلكترونيا. فكانت أبرز النتائج: وتبين وجود دور عالي للإشراف التربوي في متابعة العملية التعليمية القائمة على ًالتعليم عن بعد في مدينة جدة، كما تبين وجود درجة عالية من معوقات الإشراف التربة وي في متابعة العملية التعليمية القائمة على التعليم عن بعد. وتبين موافقة عالية للمشرفات على المتطلبات اللازمة لتطبيق الإشراف التربوي لمتابعة العملية التعليمية القائمة على التعليم عن بعد ، كانت أعلاها للمتطلبات التشريعية، ثم المتطلبات التدريبية، وبالرتبة الأخيرة المتطلبات المالية والمادية وجميعها درجة عالية. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المشرفات التربويات حول (دور-معوقات)الإشراف التربوي في متابعة العملية التعليمية القائمة على التعليم عن بعد تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، بينما تبين وجود فروقاً في محور المتطلبات لصالح ماجستير فأعلى مقابل البكالوريوس، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المشرفات التربويات حول (دور-معوقات-متطلبات) الإشراف التربوي في متابعة العملية التعليمية القائمة ة على التعليم عن بعد تعزى لمتغير التخصص وسنوات الخبرة. وكانت أبرز التوصيات العمل على تفعيل دور الإشراف التربوي في متابعة العملية التعليمية عن بعد، والتغلب على معوقات وتحقيق المتطلبات التشريعية والتدريبية والمالية والمادية التي كشفت عنها الدراسة. The study aimed to identify the reality of educational supervision in following up the educational process based on distance education in the city of Jeddah from the point of view of supervisors, by identifying (the importance, role, obstacles and requirements) of educational supervision in following up the educational process based on distance education, and revealing its significance Statistical differences about the reality of educational supervision in following up the educational process based on distance education, which are attributed to variables (scientific qualification, specialization, experience), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was built consisting of four Domains to measure the importance of educational supervision in the follow-up of the educational process Based on distance education, Consisted of (12) Items, the second measures the role consisted of (19) Items, the third measures obstacles that consisted of (11) Items, and the fourth measures the requirements, which consisted of (22) Items, which were applied to an exploratory sample of (20) supervisors to make sure Validity and Reliability. While the study sample consisted of (180) educational supervisors in the Jeddah Education Department, the questionnaires were distributed to them. The most prominent results were: The Total degree of the importance of educational supervision in following up the educational process based on distance education in the city of Jeddah is high degree, and it was found that there is a high role for supervision. The educational process in following up the educational process based on distance education in the city of Jeddah, as it was found that there is a high degree of educational supervision obstacles in the follow-up of the educational process based on distance education, and the high approval of the supervisors on the requirements for applying educational supervision to follow the educational process based on education, the highest were the legislative requirements, then the training requirements, and in the last rank the financial and material requirements. Also, it was revealed that there are no statistical differences between the averages of the responses of the educational supervisors about (importance role obstacles) educational supervision in the follow-up of the educational process based on distance education It was attributed to the educational qualification variable, while it was found that there are differences in the Domain of requirements in favor of a master's degree or higher versus a bachelor's. And there are No statistically significant differences between the averages of the female educational supervisors' responses about (importance role obstacles requirements) of educational supervision in following up the educational process based on distance education due to the variable of specialization and years of experience. The most prominent recommendations were working on activating the role of educational supervision in following up the educational process remotely, overcoming obstacles and achieving the legislative, training, financial and material requirements revealed by the study.
