هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء اختبار الذاكرة الصورية لقواعد إشارات التحكيم القانونية بالكرة الطائرة على طلاب الصف الرابع في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بالعراق، وتطرق الباحثان إلى أهم الأدبيات والمصادر المتعلقة بموضوع بحثهما وكذلك إلى الدراسات المرتبطة وبيان أوجه التشابه والاختلاف. استعمل الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، لأنه أفضل المناهج وأيسرها للوصول إلى تحقيق أهداف البحث. حدد مجتمع البحث بطلاب الصف الرابع في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بالعراق، والبالغ عددهم (1867) طالبا حسب إحصائيات التسجيل في كل جامعة، موزعين على (18) كلية. قسمت العينة كالاتي (43) طالبا للتجربة الاستطلاعية، و(312) طالبا للتجربة الرئيسة. وبإجراء التجارب الاستطلاعية، تم التأكيد من صلاحية الاختبار وتحقيق خصائصه العلمية (الصدق والثبات والموضوعية)، فضلا عن قدرته على تمييز عينة البحث. أجريت المعالجات الإحصائية المناسبة لعملية البناء. وتم التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية: بناء اختبار الذاكرة الصورية في إشارات التحكيم القانونية لطلاب السنة الدراسية الرابعة في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بالعراق. وفي حدود مجتمع البحث، تم التوصل إلى (98) عبارة موزعة على ثمانية مجالات. ومن خلال الاستنتاجات السابقة، يوصي الباحثان بضرورة استخدام اختبار الذاكرة الصورية في إشارات التحكيم القانونية لتعرف مستوى طلاب السنة الدراسية الرابعة في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في الجامعات العراقية، وكذلك ضرورة التأكيد على توزيع الحصص الخاصة بمادة الكرة الطائرة لطلاب الصف الرابع بشكل متوازن ما بين المادة النظرية الخاصة بقانون اللعبة، وإشارات التحكيم القانونية وما بين المادة العملية الخاصة باستراتيجيات اللعب، وكذلك إجراء دراسات مشابهة لهذه الدراسة، وعلى مراحل أخرى من أجل الارتقاء وتطوير المناهج التعليمية لمادة الكرة الطائرة في الجامعات العراقية. The research aims at building the photographical memory test for the legal rules of arbitration signs in volleyball for forth stage students in colleges of physical education and sport sciences in Iraq. The two researchers talked about the most important literary sources related to the subject of their research, as well as related studies and showed similarities and differences. The researcher had been used the descriptive method in the survey method and the standard levels, because it is the best and easiest method to reach the achievement of the research objectives. The research collection has been identified with fourth-stage students in the colleges of physical education and sport sciences in Iraq, they are around (1867) students according to registration statistics in each university, distributed among (18) ) colleges, and the sample was divided as follows: (43) students for the exploratory experiment, (312) students for the main experiment, and (465) students for the legalizing sample. By conducting the exploration experiments, it was confirmed that the test is valid, and its scientific characteristics (honesty, stability, and objectivity) were achieved, as well as his or her ability to distinguish a sample of the research. Appropriate statistical treatments were conducted for the construction process. These are the following conclusions which have resulted from the research as follows: Building the photographical memory test for the legal rules of arbitration signs in volleyball for the fourth stage students in colleges of physical education and sport sciences in Iraq and within the limits of the study of the research area, (98) phrases were resulted which distributed to eight fields, and standard marks have been set and levels were set for through the previous conclusions the two researchers recommend that it’s necessarily and essential of using the photographical memory test in the legal arbitration signals in volleyball for students of the fourth stage in the colleges of physical education and sport sciences in Iraq. as well as the necessity of give a class of volleyball for fourth-stage students in equal and right way between the theoretical part of the rule of the game (volleyball) and legal arbitration signals and between the practical part of playing strategies, as well as make a similar study to this study and at other stages in order to improve and develop educational syllabus in volleyball game in Iraqi universities.
