أهمية البحث تتجسد في كونه يتناول موضوعا حيويا لم يحظ بالاهتمام في الدراسات والبحوث، وتأتي أهميته كذلك في مواكبة التوجيهات الحديثة وتطبيق التقنيات الحديثة واستعمال الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة في المديريات العامة في العراق، لما تسهم في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية لدى هذه المديريات فضلا عن خفض التكاليف وتوفير الجهد والوقت، وتحسين الأداء بصورة مستمرة. يهدف البحث إلى تقنين مقياس الممارسات القيادية وفقا للنماذج الإدراكية للمشرفين الاختصاص في المديريات العامة للتربية في العراق، والمجال الزماني من (11/9/2022) إلى (3/4/2023)، المجال المكاني تمثل مديريات العامة للتربية في العراق. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته طبيعة المشكلة. اشتمل مجتمع البحث على مشرفي الإختصاص والبالغ عددهم (120)، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية، أما عينة البحث فتكونت من (110) مشرف إختصاص، وبعدها تم تطبيق مقياس الممارسات القيادية وفقا للنماذج الإدراكية المكون من (40) فقرة على العينة المكونة من (110) مشرف إختصاص بتاريخ (10/2/2023 إلى 15/3/2023) وتم استخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية لاستخراج الأسس العلمية ووضع مستويات معيارية للمقياس. توصل الباحث إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات، منها: توصل إلى تقنين مقياس الممارسات القيادية للمشرفين الاختصاص. أوصى الباحث استخدام مقياس الممارسات القيادية وفقا للنماذج الإدراكية، وضرورة زيادة اهتمام المشرفين الإختصاص بالممارسات القيادية. The importance of research is embodied in the fact that it deals with a vital topic that has not received attention in studies and research. And time, and continuous improvement of performance, the research aims to codify the measure of leadership practices according to the cognitive models of supervisors specializing in the general directorates of education in Iraq and the temporal field from (11/9/2022) to (3/4/2023), the spatial field represents the general directorates of education in Iraq, the researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the problem. The intentional method, while the research sample consisted of (110) supervisors of specialization, and then the measure of leadership practices was applied according to the cognitive models consisting of (40) items on the sample consisting of (110) supervisors of specialization on (10/2/2023 to15/3/ 2023). The statistical bag was used to extract the scientific foundations and set standard levels for the scale, and the researcher reached a number of conclusions, including He reached and rationed the measure of leadership practices with its dimensions (setting the fields) for the supervisors of specialization, and the researcher recommended the researcher to use the measure of leadership practices according to the cognitive models.
