تكمن أهمية البحث في التعرف على نوع العلاقة ما بين أبعاد القيادة الإدارية التي تمارس وظائفها الإدارية بكليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بالجامعات العراقية مع الإبداع الإداري لهم من وجهة نظر أساتذتها. ويهدف البحث إلى تعرف أبعاد القيادة الإدارية والإبداع الإداري، وتعرف نوع العلاقة ما بين أبعاد القيادة الإدارية مع الإبداع الإداري السائد بكليات وأقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بالجامعات العراقية من وجهة نظر أساتذتها بكليات وأقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة بالجامعات العراقية للفترة من 7/11/2021 ولغاية 2/3/2022م. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت العينة ببعض أساتذة كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة وأقسامها بالجامعات العراقية باستثناء أقليم كوردستان للعام الدراسي 2021-2022م، والبالغ عددهم (218) أستاذا. استخدمت الباحثة مقياسي (القيادة الإدارية) و (مقياس الإبداع الإداري)، وبعد جمع البيانات تم استخدام برنامج (IBM SPSS Statistis Ver25) لمعالجتها إحصائيا. استنتجت الباحثة وجد علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة معنوية وتأثير كبير بين أبعاد القيادة الإدارية (المبادأة والاهتمام بالعمل) و (الاهتمام بالعلاقات الإنسانية) مع مقياس الإبداع الإداري بكليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة وأقسامها بالجامعات العراقية. توصي الباحثة بالاهتمام بنتائج الدراسة النهائية التي تم التوصل إليها من قبل وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وضروة إجراء دراسة مشابهة تعرف نوع العلاقة ما بين القيادة الإدارية ومهارات إدارية أخرى لم يتم تناولها بالدراسة ولكلي الجنسين. The administrative leadership is the reason for the superiority of many educational institutions, which indicates the existence of an advanced administration that cares about the interests and problems of employees, follows the latest methods in this field, and provides an appropriate organizational climate for work in order to improve the performance of employees in a way that contributes to achieving the general objectives of the institution in which they work. One of the most important foundations that must be followed in order to ensure the consolidation of the principle of administrative leadership is the proper numbers of them in a number that fits the variables and interacts with them. For personal tendencies to control his orientations and decisions, it also requires them to improve the administrative and educational process, which drives them to use creative methods in their thinking and in their methods of dealing with administrative work. And sports sciences in Iraqi universities with their administrative creativity from a point of view t her teachers. The research aims to identify the dimensions of administrative leadership and administrative creativity, and to identify the type of relationship between the dimensions of administrative leadership with the prevailing administrative creativity in the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Iraqi universities from the point of view of their professors in the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Iraqi universities for the period from 7/11/2021 until 2/3/2022 AD. The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the sample was represented by some professors of faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Iraqi universities, with the exception of the Kurdistan Region for the academic year 2021-2022 AD, whose number is (218) professors. Using the (IBM SPSS Statistic Ver25) program to treat it statistically, the researcher concluded that there is a significant correlation between the dimensions of administrative leadership (initiation and interest in work) and (interest in human relations) with the measure of administrative creativity in faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Iraqi universities. The researcher recommends paying attention to the results of the final study that was reached by the ministry of higher education and scientific research, and the necessity of conducting a similar study to identify the type of relationship between administrative leadership and other administrative skills that were not addressed in the current study and for both sexes.
