هدف البحث إلى تعرف مستوى دافعية الإنجاز والثقة بالنفس وعلاقتهما بدقة مهارة التهديف بكرة قدم الصالات لدى لاعبي منتخب جامعة ديالى. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية كونه أنسب المناهج لمعالجة مشكلة البحث. اختيرت عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وهم لاعبو منتخب جامعة ديالى بكرة قدم الصالات البالغ عددهم (15) لاعبا للعام الدراسي (2022-2023) ومثلوا نسبة عينة البحث (100%) من المجتمع الأصلي. توصل الباحثون إلى تمتع لاعبي منتخب جامعة ديالى بكرة قدم الصالات بدافعية إنجاز وثقة بالنفس عاليين، فضلا عن وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين دافعية الإنجاز ودقة التهديف بكرة قدم الصالات، وذلك ما يدعم الحاجة إلى النجاح من خلال دقة التهديف على المرمى. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين الثقة بالنفس ودقة مهارة التهديف بكرة قدم الصالات لدى أفراد عينة البحث، ذلك لأن الزيادة في الثقة تؤدي إلى تحقيق النجاح من خلال دقة التهديف. ومن خلال النتائج التي ظهرت، يوصي الباحثون إلى إجراء دراسات أخرى لتعرف علاقة الارتباط بين دافعية الإنجاز الرياضي والثقة بالنفس ومهارة أخرى بكرة قدم الصالات. The aim of the research is to identify the level of achievement motivation and self-confidence and their relationship to the accuracy of football scoring skill among Diyala University players. (15) players for the academic year (2022-2023) and they represented the percentage of the research sample (100%) from the original community. The researcher concluded that the players of the Diyala University football team enjoyed high achievement motivation and self-confidence, in addition to the existence of a significant correlation between achievement motivation and football scoring accuracy. And this supports the need for success through the accuracy of scoring on the goal, and the results showed a significant correlation between self-confidence and the accuracy of the skill of scoring in football among the members of the research sample, because the increase in confidence leads to achieving success through the accuracy of scoring, and through the results that the researcher recommends conducting other studies to identify the relationship between sports achievement motivation, self-confidence, and another soccer skill.
