هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور المشرفة التربوية في تحقيق التنمية المهارة المستدامة لمعلمات الصفوف الأولية في المدارس الحكومية بمدينة جدة من وجهة نظر القائدات والمعلمات، وبيان أثر متغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة على مجالاتها واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لجمع البيانات من عينتها التي تألفت من (38) قائدة من المدارس الابتدائية، و(220) معلمة من الصفوف الأولية بالمدارس الحكومية التابعة لمكتب تعليم البنات بوسط جدة، وتم اختيار من بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى دور المشرفة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لمعلمات الصفوف الأولية من وجهة نظر القائدات جاء بدرجة (متوسطة)، ومجال العمل ضمن فريق جاء بدرجة (كبيرة)، ومجال الاتصال والتواصل تكنولوجيا المعلومات التدريب والتطوير بدرجة (متوسطة)، ومستوى دور المشرفة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لمعلمات الصفوف الأولية من وجهة نظر المعلمات جاء بدرجة (كبيرة) ومجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات الاتصال والتواصل العمل ضمن فريق بدرجة (كبيرة)، ومجال التدريب والتطوير بدرجة (متوسطة). وكشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابة قائدات المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية حول دور المشرفة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة لمعلمات الصفوف الأولية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على تواصل المشرفة مع المجتمع المحلي لزيادة وعي قائدات المدرسة في رسالة ورؤية وأهداف المعلمة، وإعداد المشرفة المواد التدريبية لتلبية حاجات التنمية المهنية المستدامة للمعلمات. This study is aimed to know the role of Educational Supervisor in maintaining and achieving the sustainable professional to develop the teachers' of Early Learners in Governmental School in Jeddah, according to the female leaders and the female teachers, in addition to showing the impact of the two variables of the diploma and the years of experience on its domains. Thus, the analytical descriptive approach was used within this study, to gather the data from the study sample that is constituted of 38 female leaders from primary schools and 220 female teachers from elementary classes in governmental schools affiliated with the Jeddah's girl education office. These persons have been chosen in a simple random way. The results of the study showed that the level of the supervisor's role in achieving the sustainable development for elementary classes' female teachers from the point of view of the leaders was average, the level of the role of the supervisor in achieving the sustainable development for elementary classes' female teachers according to the female teachers was big and added to that the domain of (Information technology, Communication, working within the team) was big and the training and development field was average. The results also showed that there were no statistical differences when it comes to the response of the governmental primary schools' female leaders about the role of the supervisor in achieving the sustainable development for elementary classes' female teachers, and it is mainly due to the two variables of the diploma and the years of experience. Lastly, the study issued few recommendations among which the necessity of the communication between the supervisor and the local community, so as to raise the consciousness of the school leaders in the message, vision and objectives of the female teacher, without forgetting the responsibility of the supervisor to prepare the training material, aiming at fulfilling the needs of the sustainable professional development of female teachers.
