تكمن أهمية البحث في استخدام أسلوب حديث في تعلم المهارات بكرة اليد يركز على المتعلم ويساعد في تنمية المهارات الحركية لدى الطلاب والتي تختصر الزمن والجهد للمدرسين. أما مشكلة البحث فقد لاحظ الباحث كونه أحد طلبة الدراسات العليا في الكلية ولاعب منتخب موطني بكرة اليد أن هناك ضعفا في مستوى الطلاب في أداء مهارة التصويب بكرة اليد وخصوصا من مستوى الكتف ويعود ذلك إلى أن أكثر المدرسين يستخدمون الأسلوب المتبع الذي يكون فيه المدرس هو المسؤول عن ما قبل وفي أثناء وبعد الدرس والتي لا يعطي الدور الكبير للطالب في تحسن مستواه المهاري. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير أسلوب التعيينات في الرضا الحركي وتعلم مهارة التصويب من مستوى الكتف بكرة اليد للطلاب كلية التربية الرياضية، جامعة القادسية. استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم (المجموعتين المتكافئتين). حدد الباحث مجتمع البحث وهم طلاب المرحلة الثانية في كلية التربية الرياضية، جامعة القادسية للعام الدراسي (2020-2021)، والبالغ عددهم (140) طالبا مجتمع البحث، وشملت عينة البحث على (36) طالبا قسموا على مجموعتين حيث تعلمت المجموعة التجريبية بالمنهج التعليمي بأسلوب (التعيينات)، وأما المجموعة الضابطة تعلمت بالأسلوب المتبع من قبل المدرس. وفي ضوء ما تقدم، توصل الباحث إلى عدة استنتاجات، أهمها: أن أسلوب التعيينات أكثر تأثيرا من الأسلوب المتبع في الرضا الحركي وتعلم مهارة التصويب من مستوى الكتف. أوصى الباحث اعتماد هذا الأسلوب لما له من دور في تعلم بعض مهارات كرة اليد. The importance of the research lies in the use of a modern method in learning handball skills that focuses on the learner and helps in the development of motor skills among students،which shortens time and effort for teachers. This is due to the fact that most teachers use the method used in which the teacher is responsible for what is before, during and after the lesso, which does not give the great role to the student in improving his skill level. For students of the second stage, College of Physical Education -Al-Qadisiyah University. The researcher used the experimental approach by designing (two equal groups), and the researcher identified the research community،who are the students of the second stage in the College of Physical Education -University of Al-Qadisiyah for the academic year 2020-2021, whose number is (140) students, the research sample, and the research sample included (36) students who were divided into two groups, where the experimental group learned the educational curriculum in the style of (appointments), and the control group learned in the method used by the teacher, and in the light of the foregoing, the researcher reached several conclusions،the most important of which is that the method of appointments is more effective than the method used by the teacher in motor satisfaction and skill learning shooting from the shoulder level, and one of the most important recommendations recommended by the researcher is to adopt this method because of its great role in learning some handball skills.
