يهدف البحث تعرف التوافق المهني ومستويات أبعاده لمسؤولي شعب النشاطات الطلابية في الجامعات العراقية من وجهة نظرهم. استخدم الباحثين المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح. تكونت عينة البحث من (151) مسؤولا موزعين على (37) شعبة للنشاطات الطلابية في الجامعات العراقية. استخدم الباحثين استبانة التوافق المهني (إعداد حمود، 2021)، إذ تكونت الاستبانة من (39) فقرة موزعة على (5) أبعاد وهي (العلاقة مع الإدارة، نوع وقيمة العمل، العلاقة مع المسؤول، ظروف العمل، العلاقة مع الزملاء) وبواقع (7، 7، 10، 6، 9) فقرات على التوالي، وتمت الإجابة على فقرات الاستبانة على وفق خمسة بدائل هي (تنطبق بدرجة كبيرة جدا، تنطبق بدرجة كبيرة، تنطبق بدرجة متوسطة، تنطبق بدرجة قليلة، تنطبق بدرجة قليلة جدا). تم معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام النسبة المئوية والوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الارتباط البسيط (بيرسون) ومعادلة ألفا كرونباخ ومعادلة جتمان باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (spss) في تحليل البيانات. توصل الباحثين إلى امتلاك مسؤولي شعب النشاطات الطلابية في الجامعات العراقية مستويات متباينة بين العالية والعالية جدا من التوافق المهني بأبعاده (العلاقة مع الإدارة، نوع وقيمة العمل، العلاقة مع المسؤول، ظروف العمل، العلاقة مع الزملاء). The research aims to identify the professional compatibility and the levels of its dimensions for officials of the student activities divisions in Iraqi universities from their point of view. The researchers used the descriptive survey method،and the research sample consisted of (151) officials distributed over (37) divisions of student activities in Iraqi universities. The researchers used the professional compatibility questionnaire prepared by (Hamoud, 2021), as the questionnaire consisted of (39) items distributed on (5) dimensions, namely (the relationship with management, the type and value of work, the relationship with the official, the working conditions, the relationship with colleagues) and by (7, 7, 10, 6, 9) items, respectively, and the questionnaire items were answered according to five alternatives (applies to a very large degree،applies to a large extent, applies to a moderate degree, applies to a small degree, applies to a very little degree). The data were processed statistically using the percentage, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, the simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), the Cronbach Alpha equation and the Jutman equation using the statistical program (spss) in data analysis. The researchers concluded that the officials of the student activities divisions in the Iraqi universities have different levels between high and very high levels of professional compatibility in its dimensions (relationship with management, type and value of work, relationship with the official, working conditions،relationship with colleagues).
