هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من أثر تطبيق برنامج الشراكة الإثرائي على التحصيل الدراسي في المواد العلمية للطالبات الموهوبات بالمرحلة الثانوية في التعليم العام بجدة والمصمم من قبل مؤسسة موهبة, ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الكمي الشبه تجريبي, واعتمدت على أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في الاختيار من أجل التعرف على مدى التحسن في مستوى أداء الطالبات التحصيلي في المواد العلمية, والمتمثلة في المقررات الوزارية (الرياضيات- الفيزياء- الكيمياء- الأحياء). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,01) بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي في المواد العلمية (الرياضيات- الفيزياء- الكيمياء- الأحياء) لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وأيضا توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0,01) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي للمواد العملية (الرياضيات- الفيزياء- الكيمياء- الأحياء). وفقا لذلك تبين عدم وجود أثر لتطبيق برنامج الشراكة الإثرائي على التحصيل الدراسي للطالبات الموهوبات في صف أولى ثانوي في المواد العلمية (الرياضيات -الفيزياء -الكيمياء –الأحياء). وعلى ذلك جاءت التوصيات بعدم تطبيق أي برنامج إثرائي على الطالبات دون إجراء تقييم قبلي وبعدي له من خلال اختباره على مجموعة تجريبية للتأكد من فعاليته ولتفادي السلبيات المحتملة من جرائه، وضرورة البحث في العوامل التي قللت من تأثير برنامج الشراكة الإثرائي على التحصيل الدراسي للطالبات الموهوبات ومعالجتها، ومن ثم العمل على دعم فعالية هذا البرنامج. The study aimed to examine the effect of implementing the enrichment partnership program on academic achievement in scientific subjects among gifted girls at the secondary school in general education in Jeddah, designed by Mawhiba Organization. In order to achieve this aim, the researcher followed the quasi- experimental quantitative approach. This approach relied on the study tool, which is the test, in order to identify the improvement in the level of female students 'performance in scientific subjects. They are represented in ministerial courses (mathematics physics chemistry biology). The study concluded that there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) between the mean scores of female students of the experimental group in the pre- posttest of the achievement test in the scientific subjects (mathematics physics chemistry biology) for posttest. And also, the absence of a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the average scores of female students of the experimental group and the average score of female students of the control group in the post application of the achievement test of scientific subjects (mathematics physics - chemistry - biology). Therefore, there is no effect of the application of the partnership program on the academic achievement of gifted students in a first secondary class in scientific subjects (mathematics physics chemistry biology). As a result, the recommendations are not to apply any enrichment program to female students without conducting a pre- and post-evaluation for it through testing it on an experimental group to ensure its effectiveness and to avoid potential negative aspects of its conduct. The importance of researching the factors that reduced the impact of the partnership program on the academic achievement of gifted students and improve them.
