تكمن أهمية البحث في استخدام التعليم المبرمج في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد، ومعرفة دوره الفاعل في رفع مستوى التعلم لدى المتعلمين. تحددت مشكلة البحث في أن معظم المشكلات الناتجة عن التدريس المتبع من قبل المدرسين تنشأ لكون عملية التدريس تؤدى جملة واحدة دون الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، وبناء المادة العلمية بتحليلها إلى مكوناتها الأولية من معلومات وحقائق وتعميمات، الأمر الذي ربما يؤدي إلى ضعف الأثر التعليمي، وتأخر بعض المدرسين في التحصيل الدراسي. إذ أن الطريقة التدريسية، غالبا ما تكون الطريقة الأمرية التقليدية لدى المدرس، لذا ارتأى الباحثين ادخال طرق جديدة على العملية التعليمية حتى تطور وتسرع من عملية التعليم لدى الطلاب في درس كرة اليد، وكذلك الاختصار بالجهد والوقت. وكانت أهداف البحث إعداد منهج تعليمي وفق أسلوب التعليم المبرمج في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد لدى طلاب كلية الكوت الجامعة، والتعرف على تأثير استخدام التعليم المبرمج في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد لدى طلاب كلية الكوت الجامعة، وافترض التعليم المبرمج، قد أضاف للعملية التعليمية الكثير من التطورات، حيث ساهم في اكتساب المتعلمين الكثير من المعارف عن طريق عرض المعلومة على شكل كلمات أو إشارات أو حروف مكبرة، كمثيرات مميزة لتساعد المتعلم على إعطاء استجابات مناسبة، بالإضافة إلى استخدام نظام فعال لعرض المفاهيم والتصحيح الفوري وتحليل المادة العلمية إلى عناصرها الأولية، ثم إلى أفكار رئيسية وأفكار ثانوية، إضافة إلى ترتيب السلوكيات وفق تسلسل يؤدي إلى تحقيق الهدف السلوكي. كما تضمن تحديد نوع البرمجة ثم كتابة الإطارات التي تتناسب مع الهدف. افترض الباحثون وجود فرق ذات دلالة إحصائية للتعليم المبرمج في تعلم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد لدى طلاب عينة البحث. واستخدم الباحثونن المنهج التجريبي بطريقة (المجموعتين المتكافئتين) على طلاب المرحلة الثانية، بكلية الكوت الجامعة، قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة للعام الدراسي (2021-2022) والبالغ عددهم (61) بعد استبعاد الطالبات. تم تقسيم عينة البحث بصورة عشوائية، إذ تم اختيار شعبة (ب) لتكون عينة ضابطة، وشعبة (ج) لتكون عينة تجريبية. وتم اختيار (20) طالبا لكل من المجموعة الضابطة والتجريبية بالطريقة العشوائية من كل شعبة، بحيث أصبح عدد العينة (40) طالبا. تم إجراء عمليتي التجانس والتكافؤ في المتغيرات التي يحتمل أن تؤثر في البرنامج وهي (الوزن والعمر والطول) وتم تحديد المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد المستخدمة بالبحث عن طريق استمارة استبيان لغرض تحديدها، وتم عرضها على (15) خبيرا ومختصا في مجال لعبة كرة اليد من أجل تحديد أهم المهارات الأساسية، وتم تحديد الاختبارات الملائمة لقياس المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد قيد البحث، وتم إيجاد الأسس العلمية للاختبارات المعدة لقياس بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد والاختبار القبلي، وإعداد برنامج التعليم بأسلوب التعليم المبرمج التجربة الاستطلاعية، وتطبيق المنهج التعليمي والاختبار البعدي والوسائل الإحصائية. استنتج الباحثون أن استخدام أسلوب التعليم المبرمج أكثر فاعلية من الطريقة التقليدية المتبعة في اكتساب بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد. أوصى بضرورة استخدام أسلوب التعليم المبرمج، وهو أحد الأساليب الحديثة في برامج تدريس وإعداد طلاب التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة، وخاصة في تدريس المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد، وإجراءات دراسات وبحوث مماثلة على باقي المهارات الأساسية بكرة اليد ولمراحل دراسية أخرى وتشجيع الطلاب على استخدام التغذية الراجعة الذاتية أثناء الأداء وزيادة تفاعلهم مع الدرس والمدرس وتدريب التدريسيين على أنواع مختلفة من أساليب التدريس لغرض الارتقاء بالمستوى العلمي للتدريسيين. The programmed learning added a lot of developments to the Education process. It contributed in learners' acquisition much of knowledge by presenting the information in big words or signals or letters as kind of motivation to help the learners in giving proper answers. In addition to the use of an active system to display the concepts and the immediate correction and analyze the scientific subject to its basic elements, then to main and subordinate ideas. Adding to the mentioned above, arranging behavior regarding a certain serial leads to achieve the behavioral target, and also includes determining the type of programming, then writing the frames that fit with goal. Here resides the paper's importance in using the programmed learning in teaching some basic skills in handball games and knowing its active role in raising the learning levels for the learners. The paper's problem lies in some resulting problems from some teaching methods followed by some teachers, because the teaching process performs one sentence without considering the details, and creates the scientific subject with its analysis such as the information and facts, that may lead to teaching impact weakness and late in making tests by the teachers. The teaching method mostly is the traditional imperative method for the teacher, so the researchers made the decision to insert a new method on the teaching process to escalate the teaching process for the students in the handball game lesson, and also saving effort and time. The paper's goal is to prepare for a Teaching approach regarding to the programmed learning style in learning some basic skills in handball game for Al-Kut University college's students and identifying the influence of using the programmed learning to learn some basic skills in handball game. The researchers proposed the existence of statistics that significant differences for the programmed learning in learning some basic skill in handball game (the students' speciemen). The researchers have used the experimental approach (equivalent groups) to the second-class students at Al-Kut University college for the academic year 2021-2022. The number of these students is 61 students after excluding the girls. The specimen was distributed randomly. Class B was selected to be a control group, and E class to be an experimental sample. The 20 students were selected from the control and experimental groups. The total selected sample is 40 students. The process of equivalence and correspondence were made regarding all the variables that may influence the program (weight, age and long). The basic skills were selected in handball by making the questionnaire and presented before 15 experts and specialists in handball game field to determine the basic skill that fit with basic skills measurements. The prepared scientific foundation to measure some basic skills were found in handball and the post-test and preparing the teaching program using the programmed style to apply the educational approach, the post-test and the statistic tools. The use of programmed learning is more effective for basic skills acquisition as found out by the researchers. The have recommended to the necessity of using the programmed learning which is one of the modern styles to teach and prepare the college of physical Education's students specially in the basic skills of the hand ball game and making similar studies and research on the rest of the handball game basic skills. Also, encouraging students for performance feedback during the performance and increase their reaction in lesson and with their instructors on different types of teaching styles to promote to the scientific level of the instructors.
